I called and spoken with Edwin and he was ready to assist me and get me on the schedule for the next day. I texted him my info and he advised he’d text me when he was 30 mins out. He was polite and very knowledgeable and took great patience in explaining all my options. He cleaned up and moved the appliance back in place. We discussed other work I also needed. Thought I was going to have to hire a plumber AND an electrician to solve my problem of it taking way too long to get hot water in my kitchen. Got a quote from a pluming-only company to add a small hot water heater. Would have still needed an electrician. When Benjamin came to the house to give my FREE estimate he came up with a better, more efficient and lower cost solution - a recirculating pump tied to the existing HW heater. AND, ARC also has licensed electricians so I only had to deal with one company. Dealing with the Rosanna at the office and the guys here on site was a pleasure. 5-YEAR warranty! Couldn’t be happier with this company.

Very poor telephone manners. I called with a business matter and the lady that answered was very short and rude and hung up on me twice. Not professional at all. I suggest they change the person who is the first contact with the public. She is not suited for that job.

We were very happy with the service and customer experience from executive plumbing. We have dealt with Nate the owner and one of his techs. Both experiences were great. My wife was comfortable with them in the home and they both were wearing masks along with shoe coverings. I would highly recommend them!

Very professional, responsive, and do NOT waste your time. Arbor Plumping worked with me to address all my needs and did everything they could to satisfy me. They replied all my text messages, even over the weekend! Their estimate was reasonable, in the lower side of the spectrum, and did not charge me for any miscellaneous parts and accessories. Their scheduling and payment system is the best in its class. If they continue the same, in the near future they will become a big service company in the Research Triangle area in North Carolina! We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

I would 10 out 10 recommend Mr.Eddie. he's such a kind soul, hardworking, dedicated and very professional. He helped us with out leak. I would definitely recommend him anyday and thank you so much again.

Tim was very friendly, professional, and arrived within a reasonable amount of time, and he identified and solved our problem quickly. My only grievance is with the company structure and not the serviceman. While our toilet was unclogged, we had to get another service person to perform another service the same day which will be another expense. :(

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

They were great, it's never a fun time when you need a plumber, but you'll certainly be glad they came.

At first it was great, I called and left a message and Richard called me back and said he was able to get out to give a quote same day and said the work could be done the following day. However, this is where the problems began. I never received the quote he promised via email and would not return any of the multiple phone calls over the next few days. He would not even return a call to indicate if he was interested in doing the work. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not recommend his company to anyone who actually wants any work done.
