This company showed up on time and replaced a mixing valve for a shower. They were very friendly and very professional. The repair was completed in a timely and competent manner. When I needed an adjustment almost a year later within that warranty period they answered the phone promptly and came back within a few days as agreed. They made the additional adjustments to my satisfaction with no additional charges. In an era when it is so difficult to find someone you can trust and is professional and honors their warranty, this company checks all those boxes. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I have been using Ken for all of my plumbing needs for about 20 years now. He always fits me in when it's an emergency. I leave a key out for him to get in and he even takes my dogs out for me! I can't say enough good things about him and the quality of his work. He is great with all brands of plumbing whether it be high end or lower end. He is very respectful of my home. I called Carolina Plumbing & they were able to come out the same day. The tech was very professional and knew the problem with our faucet right away. It was just clogged with minerals because we are on a well. It took maybe 15-20 minutes. I was never told there was a $288.00 minimum for a service. I thought that was way to excessive for the amount of time for the repair.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.
