Best Tankless System in Raleigh NC

My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.

After many failed attempts to get other plumbing companies to come out and resolve my plumbing issues, Matthew's Plumbing Solutions were true to their word. They told me that they would be at my house before close of business and before night fall same day Matthew fixed all my problems. He was very knowledgeable, professional, & courteous. I have been using Legacy Plumbing for at least 12 years - maybe longer. They are incredible! They have never let me down and have helped us in various emergencies as well as many other situations. They have been instrumental with helping us make improvements as needed such as a water softener, carbon filter, reverse osmosis, hooking up gas to grills, new toilets, water heater replacement. etc. . We received three quotes to replace our 20 year old gas water heater. Lane plumbing gave a quote 15 and 30% lower than companies we had used in the past, but we were impressed with Mr. Lane's helpful knowledge and felt comfortable entrusting his crew to do the job. Marc was the plumber who did the install, and we were very impressed with his skill and thoroughness in doing the job. We would definitely use Lane Plumbing in the future. (It turned out that there was a miscommunication on the original quote, which still would have been below the next higher quote, but Mr. Lane resolved it in our favor.) Thank you Lane Plumbing!

I called Mr. Samson and within an hour, he had responded and scheduled an appointment to come out. The repair cost was reasonable, actually on the lower side of the cost raran. The work came with a warranty. Fast dependable ssevice. I have relied on Mr. Samson for over 5 years for plumbing repairs. To date, he is the best plumber I've worked with over the past 10 years. Call him, you will not be disappointed.

We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
