This Susan posting for Nancy. Noah installed our new dishwasher from Lowe's Home Improvement yesterday, July 24, 2019. Our allotted time to expect installation was 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Noah called approximately 30 to 40 minutes prior to arrival and was at our home by about 8:10 AM. Noah is pleasant and personable. Upon removing the old dishwasher, Noah informed us that the wiring was not up to code, which was due to our house being an older home. His advice was to install a kill switch to bring it up to code and that he was authorized, able and willing to do this. The price was reasonable so we agreed to have this done. The installation was uneventful and the work was professionally done. We were very pleased to have had Noah do this work for us. Noah is very friendly, knowledgeable and cared that we be more than satisfied with the new dishwasher.

Samuel recently repaired 2 valves on my toilets. He was prompt and pleasant and did a great job. The water meter was uncooperative and broke. Samuel stayed with the job until it was fixed to make sure the repairs were good. I highly recommend this services.

I called to get a set of keys out of the toilet that were accidentally drooped. When the plumber, arrived he told me it would $175 for just coming out, $250 to go into the toilet, and $ for this $ for that .. none of this has been communicated prior to his arrival. I told him to leave but did pay the $175 service fee. The next day .. another plumber came out and retrieved my keys. I shouldn’t have paid the $175 but ? Idk 🤷🏼‍♂️..

This guys really know what they're doing. I called plumbers over who won it see you charge me thousands of dollars. Omar and his crew came in and addressed the immediate issue. They also offered long term solutions at a far lower price point than everyone else. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and upfront pricing.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
