Fantastic company! Honest, high integrity, very professional and reasonably priced. Not only have I used them multiple times for our house but their owner actually did research to help an 80 year old family member (with a plumbing issue) that lives out of state. I purchased my first home 3 years ago, it was new construction and Keith installed all the plumbing for the house. He is amazing with costumer service and all you have to do is send him a quick text and he'll be back to you within minutes. He's very professional and will get the job done the same day you call. He let's you know how much the job is going to cost upfront and there are no surprises after the work is done. I'm glad I found a reliable plumber that I can trust. They are great!

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

Edwin came out to help our family right when we needed it! It was after hours on a very cold night, and he came quickly and worked efficiently to get the job done! He was also very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this plumbing company to everyone!

Fixed fast and right

Sammy’s company was the answer to all my plumbing needs around the house. He walked me through the problems we were having and even showed us potential upcoming fixes. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and overall he took the stress out of my home plumbing repairs. I would recommend him to everybody who needs work done.

Installed new gas stove and also took a look at my water pressure. Came early, communicated well. Very happy with the job overall!

I had a plumbing emergency and they were wonderful. They were the only place that was able to come out on short notice. The technician that came (I believe his name was Bradley) was wonderful. Really nice, super hardworking, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

Good availability on short notice. Showed up on time with notice of in the way. Found the problem and fixed it!

After I attempted to fix a leaky toilet I called CK on the strength of their reviews on Angie's list. Within an hour they fixed the problem (and another minor problem I had been ignoring,). I immediately recommended them to a neighbor. Will certainly use CK again.

Will took the time to help me out after hours. Extremely knowledgeable about tankless hot water heaters and was able to get mine going again very quickly. My wife and kids are happy to have hot water again, thank you very much

I have 2 units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, and the 3 guys, Gio, Daniel, and Fabio, arrived on time and replaced everything quickly and cleanly. The price I got from Rural beat the competitors price by about $1K. I've used Rural for a number of years for service and they've been a good service company. The last tech, Ken, did a great job and was very professional. Didn't realize ants could short your AC unit, but he showed me otherwise.
