Our regular plumber did not work on Sundays and we had a situation that needed to be resolved. They came out within an hour and took care of our problem pretty quickly. Good and friendly service.

I couldn't have had a better experience with Raleigh Heating and Air. Dave came out and confirmed the fact that I needed a whole new system (which I pretty much knew), then Cody came out and did a great job of giving me a quote and answering all my questions. Then, the installation team came. They were very punctual, knowledgeable, polite, helpful, friendly, and neat. All in all, they were done in a days time, and Cody had been here just the day before, so everything was done in just two days. Their moms would have been proud at how well they cleaned up after themselves, and they even put some mulch around the outdoor unit, so it looks really nice. Plus, you can't beat their 10 year warranty on parts and labor! Wow! What a deal. Thanks guys!!

Our 10 year old Rinnai Instant hot water heater stopped working; I called ARC plumbing and they came over within an hour to diagnose the situation. Needed a PC board. Long story short, after waiting a week to get the factory direct part, the problem was also due a mouse family that moved into the water heater and chewed up some wires. No diagnostic code for that! They made it possible to replace the entire unit on the same day, with us buying a new one, and they did not charge us for the previous service. We were thrilled with nice hot water after 10 days of glamping. Brantley, Clay and Shane did a fantastic job overall; they are polite and easy to work with.

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation. Excellent job, if i have any other plumbing services needed i will definitely call them again. Also if anyone that i know that may need plumbing services i will highly recommend Rooter & Sons. Our tankless water heater stopped working at 10pm one evening this week. I called Executive Plumbing as they did superb work for us last time. Nate, the owner himself arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem. The thermal fuse had gone. The part turned out to be on back order, but rather than leave us with no hot water, Nate came back the next day and was able to work a temporary fix so that at least we could have hot water for the next few days while the part is sourced. We have found Nate to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and excellent at his craft. He is a pleasure to work with too. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. I've used CK's twice now and continue to be impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. This time we had a toilet that needed to be replaced and Ben and Jose were as good as you can ask for in terms of quality of work and personability. We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!

I have been fighting with a slow drain and a leaky kitchen sink for months. Matthew was able to correct the preexisting issue with how the plumbing was laid out, install new pipes that function correctly, snake the drain, and repair the issues with the sink. He showed up on time, worked diligently, explained to me what I could do to help myself out in the future, and made sure the work space was cleaner than he found it. I can not recommend him enough and I will not use anyone else. Thank you!

These guys are great and price is reasonable. I will definitely use them again. They corrected some work done insufficiently by another plumber and charged me much less.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
