Best Replacement Plumbing in Raleigh NC

I run a busy grooming shop and have had several plumbing issues thru my 30 years in business.
Optimal Plumbing by far is the best plumbing company I've used. They were able to come the same day and replace both tub plumbing fixtures that were leaking.

They were extremely professional. Very willing to show us how everything works. Some of our outlets were not working after they were there (actually unrelated to their project) and they came back to make sure everything was working correctly. They made sure we had no questions. They cleaned up everywhere they worked. I would definitely use them again.

Newcomb has been servicing my home and office heating and air and taking care of my plumbing issues for many years. They are always easy to schedule, prompt and efficient and very professional and friendly when on site. I have always appreciated my relationship with Newcomb.

The technician came out promptly, and methodically dismantled our water heater until he discovered the problem. He called the manufacturer and determined that the issue was covered under warranty. Only down side is that warranty does not cover labor. But, he was very professional about how he told us.

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

Every time we have a plumbing need, big or small we call KW Boykin. They are honest, fair and hardworking. They very much care about their customers and they always do quality work!

I was quite happy with their service. They were absolutely professional. One of the rare people actually focused on helping you out, not just padding the bill.

The guy cut up my house to install new water lines. It was not necessary. I am left to repair the damage myself. Stay as far away from these people as possible. He replaced my frostless outside faucets with the cheapest thing you could buy. It is already leaking like crazy. He took my faucets with him. Along with all the copper he could salvage. Not sure he is a licensed plumber.

Not a fan. Quoted me $900 to install a basic RO water system. The system itself cost me $350. Never explained the rationale behind the quote either. Didn’t think he was too interested in getting the business.
