Our washing machine would not drain completely and water backed up into the utility room. In the assessment, Ray noticed our hot water heater had a lot of rusted water staining and was over 13 yrs old.
Ray and Justin replaced our galvanized drain pipe and hot water heater, not a pleasant endeavor. Ray kept us posted on every step and was very professional. I highly recommend Ray and Justin, as they worked very well together.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

They over charge and don't diagnose well. I would NEVER recommend them. I called about a problem with a backup in my kitchen sink that I thought might've been caused by a problem with a toilet and/or shower. The guy came and looked at the toilet and suggested he clean the sewer line outside. Did that, claimed it was fixed, charged me nearly $500 and left. Not 20 min later I called and said there was still a problem. He said it would cost another couple hundred. Also, idk if he caused a leak or just missed itbut that was also a problem after he left. Terrible service.

We had new kitchen countertops installed and needed to have a new faucet, Hot water faucet and garbage disposal installed in a timely fashion. Carter McDowell from Optimal Plumbing Solutions arrived at the time we requested after the new countertops were installed. He did an excellent job of installing the items listed above plus reconstructed the outlet pipes. He remained into the evening hours until the job was complete. He was extremely polite and assured that everything was totally cleaned up after completing the job before he departed.

Good service and polite service technicians. I especially liked that they sent a female technician to repair my HVAC. Equal opportunity for qualified women is important, and she did an excellent job.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.
