I can’t say enough about the excellent professionalism, workmanship, and knowledge of the Cary Plumbing team. Cary Plumbing’s great group of technicians have taken care of our plumbing needs for over 12 years and every job was done with the utmost excellence of workmanship and timeliness.

They were amazing to work with. I called on a Thursday and had a water heater installed on Friday. They educated me one water heaters and even tankless water heaters and took the time to explain things when I asked questions. They were friendly, professional, polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up before they left and explained the operation of the new water heater to me. I would use them for anything I need in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have mixed reviews. Following the installation of a new HVAC unit, and 3 visits by different technicians, the system was inoperable - did not work. Finally, on the 4th visit, Eric rewired the unit and got it working! Many thanks Eric. Good job!
