I would like to commend Mr. Edwin Lazo for the outstanding service he provided. He was very professional and a great communicator. I needed to replace the aging water heater in my attic and Edwin suggested a tankless water heater . He did a great job describing the costs and benefits and what he would do to install the water heater. When it was time to do the job, Edwin was prompt and explained everything he did. The finished work is beautiful. I am 100 percent satisfied. It's great to work with such caring professionals as Mr. Edwin Lazo. He's a very good and honest plumber. More importantly, he's a very kind and caring person. I am sure i will need the services of a plumber again, and I am honored that I now have a plumber i can turn to and rely on. Affordable plumbing service and great customer service. Michael was very knowledgeable and polite. We called about our garbage disposal not working and he was able to get it fixed for us same day.

I had a somewhat positive experience with this company. He fixed the water pressure reduction valve in my house. He had mentioned possibly having to break through the drywall to fix it and then gave me a quote for the fix. He hurried to get the part and put in a total of around 2 hours 15 minutes from the time he arrived at my home, went to get the part, and then finished the job. I watched him complete the job.

My only issue was with the price. I felt like it was a serious problem and I really should have comparison shopped but was worried and so I took the first plumber I came across. I later spoke with a plumber in my family and they noted came up with a quote from their company, noting that even at the high end, the price I paid was 40% higher than what they would charge. I felt ripped off.

I called to discuss it with him and I was staying positive because he really was friendly with me during the job. I would have understood better if he just said the part was this much money, the work was this much, and so forth. I wasn't even given a receipt. Instead he got defensive when I tried explaining my thoughts.

It's my fault I know. Just go in aware.

We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Austin did an amazing job, working long into the night when it turned out that the underground problem was more extensive than we had anticipated. Roto-Rooter was able to clear our clogged pipe when other plumbing companies could not do so, and everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely worth the money!
