After getting several estimates on installing a tankless water heater in our home we decided on Poole's Plumbing for the job. The whole installation process went very smooth. The guys removed the old water heater from the attic and installed the new tankless heater on the outside of the house. During the whole process the installers were very conscious of cleaning up after each step and keep us informed of each step of the installation. Kudos to Poole's Plumbing.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I contacted Roto-rooter to replace a water heater. Nate Elwell was dispatched to fix a problem which the initial installation had left the day before. Nate is very experienced and professional. He came on time and started work immediately(this sounds trivial, but some other plumbers are simply always late for appointment). While fixing the problem, he discovered additional problems that the installation was not done properly. A pair of union connectors were missing, and the blue container regulator that's on top of the water heater was installed in wrong position. Nate took the time to correct all these problems. He also replaced PVC pipe with copper pipe to make the plumbing durable and high quality. Nate also hauled away the old water heater and card board. Now the water heater is working.Nate is absolutely the best plumber I will recommend to anyone. Roto-Rooter is stronger because of the best people like Nate. Joe & Kelly are great to work with! This is a family run business that I highly recomend. Joe (plumber) is personable and thorough. He will explain everything to you. They fixed my water heater that started leaking on a Sunday. They called back within an hour. Joe was already out on calls that day but they diagnised my problem clearly using pictures I sent and Joe was back out Monday morning to replace my heater. They took great care with moving things thru the house and left the area in my attic and the plumbing lines better than they found them. You won't regret going with them.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.
