Excellent service!

Can't be a trustworthy or reliable business to work with. They couldn't even call me back regarding one of their trucks letting a huge pipe fitting fly off the back of their truck and smash my headlight on 540. Completely mutilated it...lucky it didn't come through my windshield and kill me.

Right thing to do would have been to follow up and take responsibility. Got your damn fitting if you want it back.

No integrity at this company.

Wow what great service! We had an issue with the plumbing under the kitchen sink. James Coates came out that same day and was very professional. He repaired the issue quickly. We later had a small leak develop and he can right back to fix that. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I have removed 1 star from my original review on 07/21/18. The reasons are as follows:1. The repair cost $500 + was too expensive for what had to be repaired.2. When the service technician was finished,with the repairs he did not offer to clean up the sheetrock or insulation under the kitchen sink that he removed to expose the pipes.I would have expected better service considering the expense. I am very dissatisfied, and will not be calling your company again for repairs !!

Dalton and Charlie were very professional and did a great job de-scaling our old cast iron drains.

I had a kitchen and bathroom remodel done by them. The new vanity and shower look amazing and work flawlessly. The kitchen looks very modern and was finished in a timely manner. Greats people to work with. Highly recommend

I had a lesak in my front yard so I called them to get a quote on replacing it. They were able to repair it instead of replacing it. Thanks guys.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Carter was my technician he fixed my well pump pressure switch. I’d recommend this company to anyone. Thank you

Great work by Newcomb in quickly and reasonably fixing my water line leak between city meter and my home. Daniel, a supervisor, Michael, salesman, and Graham (the plumber) responded quickly, and did the work for a very reasonable price and with minimum disruption to my yard.

Affordable and professional company. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday morning and they were the only one that answered the phone. They did a great job on clearing my toilet stoppage and the price was affordable considering it was Sunday. Thank you again
