Best Drain Cleaning in Raleigh NC

We had a clog on Carolina Panther playoff Sunday. Water backing up into sinks and toilets. Called Roto-Rooter and within 1 hr, Junior arrived! He found the problem within minutes and cleaned out the tree roots that caused the problem. He was professional and friendly. We were back watching the game in no time! Thanks Junior!

Dalton & Charlie were a pleasure to work with and quickly resolved two separate issues I had. I like how they explained the issues to me so I could make the best decisions possible. We had Optimal come out to give us a quote to install a new gas line from the meter to our old fireplace for new gas logs. Brad was punctual, courteous, and he gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot, which I wasn't expecting. He and his crew showed up when they said they would four days later and installed the new pipe, assembled the logs, and scheduled the inspection which passed just fine. When the logs that I bought didn't work due to a manufacturing issue Brad bought the necessary replacement part and came back to install it on his own time.
The process was smooth and we were very pleased with their work.

If you want delays, aggravation, frustration, cost overruns, Carolina Plumbing and Repair is your company. I hired them to do plumbing for my new residential construction, my biggest mistake!

They failed rough-in inspection and took almost three weeks to comeback and correct it. These guys have more on their plate than they can chew. They are grossly understaffed, they lie about scheduling, they don't do it right the first time, and hope to get by.

They are always in a rush, and do not dedicate time and effort to do it right the first time. For example, they ran the water leak test for rough-in inspection and did not take the water out from the drain lines after inspection. With cold temps the water froze and busted the pipes, this was on January 10th 2018, as of today they haven't come back to fix it. We are 3 weeks away from closing and two weeks from final inspection, these guys are still dragging their feet. They have held up other trades from completing their jobs. There are many more examples, and if I wrote them all - I would end up writing a book titled: 101 Reasons Not to Hire Carolina Plumbing and Repair.

I would not recommend them for new construction or new additions.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Seth was punctual and cordial. He examined nearly every aspect of my home's plumbing to determine whether there was a problem. He also took the time to locate all of the PRVs for the units in the townhouse community where I live and ensure mine was in decent shape. I'd definitely use Bizzy Bee again.

Called Metro rooter plumbing May 11th 3:49 pm . No-one picked up the phone answering machine if full and not taking any more messages.

Very impressed with email prior to appointment with technicians picture and name. On time gave good advice and installed great new disposal. Will use them this fall for new toilet.

After having a nightmare of a time with other corporate and local plumbers, Mike came out right away to look at my project. He gave me an honest and fair price and a lot of information about the history of my system. His knowledge and expertise were impressive. Will definitely hire him for any future projects/repairs.

I used Raleigh Plumbing for my plumbing needs today. The service manager Dan was great. He diagnosed what he thought my issue appeared to be over the phone and was spot on. His technician came to my house and was very knowledgeable and had me fixed up in no time flat. Nice to deal with a company that clearly knows what they are doing. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

It's the little things, you know? After getting a ridiculous quote to replace a shower temperature valve, I googled a plumber in Garner and KW came up. With little to no expectations, I called and within a couple of hours, I had a quote (3x less than other) and scheduled the repair for a couple of days later.

Boykin Plumbing showed up on time, with the correct parts and was in and out within an hour. After a week of no issues, I'm ready to submit my review.

These guys have restored my faith. I now have a local plumber I trust. I would not hesitate to call Keith and Michael for any plumbing need. They get it done right at a fair price. I can't believe I even typed those words, but it's true. I was not ripped off by a plumber. Merry Christmas!
