We have been using Bizzy Bee for years. I am in the property management business and he and his crew have always done a great job. They were just at my house last night and when my husband and I thought we had a major issue, they discovered the problem immediately and it was not a big issue. We were so thankful. Honest, reliable people. They are the only plumbing company I will ever have at my house.

Andrew, the owner, called personally to set up a technician. He then sent me a photograph of the technician so we would know who to let in the house. This was professional, considerate and comforting, especially since my (grown) daughter was going to be at home alone with him.
Then Jake, the technician, arrived promptly. He was considerate of our home and pets. He was knowledgeable and went right to work fixing our problem. Your Service Pro is now our new plumber.

I had a terrific experience with Raleigh Plumbing & Heat, who recently replaced our leaking hot water heater with a Navien tankless water heater. From the initial visit, they gave us options, were available to discuss the best solution, and quickly outlined a plan.

This water heater replacement wasn't an easy project, but Dan and his team certainly made it easy for us. They handled everything from electrical to gas company to permitting, taking all the complications away. They communicated efficiently and clearly, explaining every step of the process.

I trust them, they've done an excellent job quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a house and noticed that the water heater was going out every so often. I called Edwin from PK Plumbing and scheduled him to come take a look at it in a day. He came and noticed that the water heater was hooked up incorrectly and was probably done without a permit. He drew up some proposals to install a new water heater and we came to an agreement. He ordered the unit & parts and had them installed the SAME DAY! And he did such a great job, neat job. Even his truck is clean & neat. That says a lot about the pride he has in his work and craftsmanship. I will now be calling Edwin for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Edwin!

I would recommend this company because they provide excellent service and quality of work which were all completed in a timely manner. We had a lot of plumbing issues that were not caught on inspection and Mr. Sammy did a walk through of the property and he was able to identify several cracked pipes and issues not to code. He responds to emergencies and took care of our issues with care and friendliness. The amount of plumbing fixes on our house showcases the company’s breadth of plumbing services so I would not hesitate to call them again.

This Christmas was a difficult one for my family, and then a burst pipe flooded our garage. ARC came to the rescue by sending the nicest plumber who not only fixed the existing problem but also spotted and repaired another even worse leak that I missed. He fixed the one of our toilets that stopped working as well and all for a very reasonable price. We are customers now for life!!!!!! Thanks so much to ARC and to Clay for getting our little family out of a really tight spot. It’s good to know that there are true, stand-up companies like ARC still out there!

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.

I have 2 units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, and the 3 guys, Gio, Daniel, and Fabio, arrived on time and replaced everything quickly and cleanly. The price I got from Rural beat the competitors price by about $1K. I've used Rural for a number of years for service and they've been a good service company. The last tech, Ken, did a great job and was very professional. Didn't realize ants could short your AC unit, but he showed me otherwise.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

Scott came by our house due to a leak with our kitchen sink. He was incredibly kind and courteous and ended up not charging us because it was a minor job. So often it seems plumbers over charge and this was such a refreshing experience.

I’m a first-time homeowner and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Arbor Plumbing. The team was hardworking and friendly. They also did a great job of educating me on the work they were performing and gave me preventative maintenance tips to keep my home in good shape.
