Misleading on quotes. Will tell you one price over the phone and be totally different when technician arrive. To much miscommunication with them. Said they would have me fixed on same day, and then try to put me off to the next week after doing the diagnosis. Had to keep calling them to get them to come out to finish job that they had started.

Sammy from Carolina Plumbing came and replaced a damaged kitchen faucet. He was punctual and very professional. Best price also . I will definitely use them again in the future .

CK's Plumbing has done two jobs for me. They've repaired and replaced antiquated plumbing associated with an upstairs bathtub and they uninstalled/reinstalled a garbage disposal. The reinstall of the garbage disposal required a demanding and difficult re-piping of an old and complicated plumbing system under my town home. I appreciated Ray and Andrew's work ethic and dedication to completing the job and completing it well. I highly recommend CK's for your plumbing needs, they do a great job!

I am extremely impressed with this company. When I needed a new water heater, I contacted at least 7 different plumbers in the area, trying to find someone who performed quality work at a reasonable price. I was informed by a few companies that, due to the location of my water heater (long story), I would need extra construction services, I’d have to downsize my tank, etc. I was ready to accept the whole process was going to be a nightmare and cost a ridiculous amount of money. The professionals at NC Water Heaters were able to get the job done right without excess construction, no downsizing, and at an awesome price.

Most importantly, on the day of service, they had the opportunity to “up-charge” me on an issue that I was clueless about. Instead, they were immediately upfront, honest, and even helped me save money. They were actually looking out for me instead of trying to get an extra dollar.

Like the way they do business. Before the technician arrived they text an ETA with his name and picture. Our installers, Matthew & his helper also named Matthew, were professional courteous and knowledgeable. We enjoyed having them in our home. Would be happy to use Mr Rooter again should we need plumbing services.

JOSH Jones was WONDERFUL Along W/BEING Very Professional !! He went Above and Beyond! He Helped me get through a complete move out after a flood .Even though it took at Least TWICE the time a normal claim would have taken . He got me through it! Let me tell you that was NO easy feat! I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
