My tech Andrew Williams was very professional and knowledgeable making the repair process quick and painless.

We called PK plumbing because our disposal was leaking. Edwin came out first thing the next morning and he was so nice, honest, and explained things easily for us to understand. While he was here we had him look at some other things we were concerned about. So glad we did too! The bill ended up being a lot more than just the disposal (obviously!) because of the other things we asked him to look at but it turns out we had some serious issues! He was able to quickly fix everything. We trusted everything he had to say too, so we never once felt taken advantage of or being cheated of anything. I’d recommend them 100 times!! And they give a teacher discount!!

Sammy’s company was the answer to all my plumbing needs around the house. He walked me through the problems we were having and even showed us potential upcoming fixes. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and overall he took the stress out of my home plumbing repairs. I would recommend him to everybody who needs work done.

I can't share enough great things about NC water heaters! They've done two big jobs at the home we just purchased. Firstly, the replaced our water heaters. We had another company come out first and gave us a ridiculous quote, while also saying they wouldn't touch the thing without an electrician to fix a major problem. We had NC water heaters come out for a second opinion. Not only did they give us a quote for about $600 less than the competitor, but they address the major electrical problem, which turned out to be nothing more than a grounding wire and a junction box. Theyre on staff electrician just handled it as part of the install.

Secondly, they replaced our sewage pump due to it being faulty. Jason and Sam were the two technicians and they were on time, extremely efficient workers, who were very kind to myself and my pets during the job. They got us inspected and scheduled two days later and replaced the pump for barely more than it would have cost me to do it myself. Extremely happy with this company.

Again, Jason, sam, and Brandon have all done work and been amazing. Kayla is incredibly nice on the admin side each time I need to call, and always addresses what I need very quickly. And lastly, even the owner Dave came out to quote one job for us and was very pleasant to speak and work with. You can tell this is a family company.

Love love love this company and will be using them for any and all plumbing/remodeling needs I have moving forward.

Fair estimate on quotes and job well done

HIGHLY OVERPRICED, never will call them again and would never recommend them to anyone unless you want pay x3 times more fore work that can be done for less, plus they add charges for work that never been done, they have unreasonable rates and workers are very lazy, except one Mexican guy who brought all his family and has done 90% of work that was done in our house just for 6 hours.

I worked for this company they scam all their customers into believing there are worse problems then there really are ... they are trained from day one how to scam save your money and go with someone else .... if I could give negative stars I would

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
