Employees were very polite, fast, and clean. Customer service was fast and simple, like clicking the easy button. They even did follow up to verify our satisfaction. We have finally found a reliable, affordable and most importantly accessible plumbing company to use. They were excellent in all they did (toilet install, survey and estimate for tankless water heater).

I recently needed an emergency repair for a leaky faucet and put out an online broadcast request for service. 1-800 Plumber + Air was the first to respond, via text and email, with a personalized outreach message and number to call for service. Their communications were better than any other responder. They sent DALTON & DAVID right away. The two men were polite and very competent, doing the repair in hardly any time at all. I was impressed.

Also, for a long time I had needed to replace my 20+-year-old water heater and had been delaying doing it. I did not know any plumber I felt I could trust. The 1-800 truck had a $100 off note on it, so I inquired when David and Dalton did the faucet repair about their also helping with that. We made a plan. They helped me figure what to buy at Home Depot for delivery, and they came by today for the install.

Again, these two men were highly skilled, respectful, and helped me understand all aspects of their work, company policies, etc.

If you need any plumbing done--emergency repairs or a big job that is planned, hire this team! They could not have given better service, and now I will be loyal to this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. He went above and beyond expectations. He was very friendly and reliable. I appreciated the texts about his arrivals and feel confident about his repairs.

I had a gas leak on Saturday and there was a guy who responded to SECU RE promptly. Well, I came home Monday 3/18/19 to no heat. I called SECU RE, but after not hearing from anyone, I contacted Bolton myself. I was given 3 different times that someone contacted me. The first two times were before I called to SECU RE about the problem. Next, I was told a time and that they left me a voicemail. I hate being lied to especially since I have kids and they're home without heat. Nevertheless, nobody ever showed up or called. I give my hats off to the person who showed up and performed on Saturday, but tonight my children and I are still suffering without heat.

3/20/19..... If it wasn't for Mr. Curtis, the guy I mentioned above, with the help of Thomas, my original star would have stayed a one star. I didn't know the review was based off the worker and that the answering service is a contractor. If, I was you Bolton, I would change the answering service company.

3/27/19 I want to thank Jeffrey, Thomas, and the other guy that came out last week and installed me a new HVAC system. Today the inspectors came and everything passed. I want to thank you guys for coming out and handling the issue I have been dealing with since I moved into this unit.

I have used Carolina Plumbing for major and minor plumbing service and repairs. I was very pleased with their professionalism, skill and workmanship. They were timely and reliable, and their cost was very pleasingly within budget for the work that was performed. Most recently I had an emergency repair, and they were my first call. They showed up asap, and the repair got me back up and running, and they did not soak me on the bill.
