Most recently, we had sewage backing up from our downstairs shower drain - not something you want to ever experience, especially when you're nine months pregnant! David came out the next day - earlier than he originally promised - and resolved the issue within a few hours at a very reasonable rate. A true lifesaver!! Would highly recommend.

We called them for water heater replacement, and that was done timely. No issues. They are great in many aspects, timely communication, showing up as promised, etc. But the warranty seems to be a joke. Water heater was of value X, and I have paid almost same amount to them in follow-up calls. Every time water heater stops working, I call them and they replace some xyz part (like board, etc) and always tell me some issue with the home... like too much pressure. Shouldn't the pressure have been checked at the time of installation? And so I get this explanation as to make sure charges are not covered under warranty. This time, the tenant started laughing as if I seem to have some lifetime relationship with them. Will be very happy to share details if they contact me.

From start to finish such a great job. Attention to detail was on point. Was done in a timely fashion and passed inspection very next day. I had a new sink installed with new plumbing required. I was worried after dealing with another company but these people know what they’re doing! Thank you!

Justin was professional, worked in a loud environment where flooring work was also going on, fixed the problem in a couple of hours, which included a trip to the store for pipes, and explained everything and showed me the problem was fixed at the end of the visit. Dispatch had the timing off a bit, but overall the company fixed the problem I noticed while preparing for the floor work before the flooring crew was ready to stain the floor, which was ideal.

One bathroom house built in 1912. The bath tub had a drum instead of a ptrap so we had standing water in the tub. Cast iron pipe for the tub and toilet was replaced with PVC and vanity pipes replaced. The tub was somewhat of an emergency. I called on Thursday afternoon, Lacy was very sensitive to our situation and scheduled the work for Friday afternoon. Brad fit us into his schedule and called before arriving. Brad is knowledgeable, professional and works very quick. He conscious and cares that the customer is pleased. He wasn’t able to finish on Friday, he came back Saturday on a holiday weekend to complete the job! I can’t thank Optimal enough for helping us and will use them again. Thanks Lacy! Thanks Brad!

Frank and Kenny did a wonderful job on our master bathroom installation. We hired them to install a new shower head in our existing shower. The job required removing some existing drywall, running new pex piping, and installing hardware through the existing shower tile. They did a great job with minimal disruption to the existing walls and shower. They also were able to do the entire project in a single day and for half the price I was quoted by other service providers. Highly recommend!

I was trying to find someone to fix my problem and I found this company from the website. I am unsatisfied with the service.
(1) The appointment was from 11am to 1pm (technician (Andy) will come any time around this time range). But he does not show up until almost 3pm. We were waiting him and can not go anywhere (we got plans)
(2) He worked like 30min with his simple tools but it didn't work well and he gave up. So, the problem remains unsolved and he is charging us 100 usd for not even fixing the issue and told us it will be 400 usd if its fixed. I do not really understand how things work here since there is an hour rate and 400 usd if fixed within 30min? Also, what if second time someone else come from the company and still can't fix it and will we get charged for another 100 or 200 usd again as diagnostic fee?. I was asking the technician and decided to ask the company how things work and at this time I didn't say I won't pay him. But he lost patience and just left while I was calling the company and he told my wife I will never see you again.
(3) After he left, my wife called this company asked how things should work and asked if we can talk face to face since talk through the phone can cause some misunderstands. But they denied it and their attitude was awful. Their voice sounds being annoyed by our questions and I have to speak for my wife because my wife is not capable of handling their attitude.

All in all, I understand there might be some misunderstands here like some company simply sent people to your place and charge you hourly without any pre-inspection just for giving quicker service. But what I can not really withstand is the technician's bad attitude, not being on time and also the people in the phone sound so annoyed.

Follow up: They said send someone come my home to do a free estimate today around 1pm to 5pm but no one shows up at all.

The technician was on time, exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and did the work in good time. Above all, he was very helpful in explaining the work and potential issues we might face over the years. We were exceptionally happy.

We just built a new home and found that a sump needed to be installed in the basement so we could finish it. After contacting the builder's recommended plumbing companies and seeing their inflated prices, poor customer service, and delayed response times, we gave Bizzy Bee a call after finding them on the web. This was the best decision we could make.

We spoke with Robert on the phone who was friendly, courteous, and understood exactly what we were looking for - Mike was at our house later that day to provide an estimate. He clearly explained everything entailed in the job, what kind of parts that would be installed, their respective warranties, and most importantly, a price that was half of the competition. The next day Mike was back and installed the pump quickly, keeping us posted of every step along the way. At the end he reviewed all the work that was completed, and provided us with all of the manuals and warranties for the pump. I would have easily paid more just for the customer service and craftsmanship provided, but don't tell them that :)

Mike is the best in his field. He is very responsive and does high quality work. In addition to repairing a water leak and installing a toilet, he has also helped me get my kitchen fitted for a gas stove. He is the best you will find.
