These folks did a tankless water heater at my mother in law's house and I'm really impressed with the install. I have not seen such a quality Install at a reasonable price in MANY years. They did it right!

For five years since moving into our home, the water pressure in both the kitchen sink and showers have been terrible. No one seemed to help, although everyone had an opinion; including other plumbers that were paid for their opinion. But! on February 5, 2014, I was referred to CK's Plumbing and Backflow. I called and spoke with Chris, the owner. Not a call center, not a recording, but the owner of the company who was courteous and professional and set an appointment for me the next day with Bob. At 4:00 p.m. on the dot, Bob knocked at the door. He first put covers over his shoes, which was very appreciated. His personality was great, and his knowledge and experience spoke volumes. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed inside of thirty minutes. The water pressure is fantastic! I would recommend CK's Plumbing and Backflow to anyone who is looking for a company they can trust and can get the job done, the first time. They have set the bar high for customer service, satisfaction and intergrity! You will not be disappointed!

Newcomb and Company responded immediately to our emergency. The plumber was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was happening and what to anticipate. He was professional and friendly, especially coming out on a Saturday night. We’ve used Newcomb in the past and we’d recommend them to others and use them again.

Jason came out on a Sunday to clean my drain line and camera it to find the cause of the problem after another company had been out 4 times prior. Once the problem was found, he was prompt with providing an estimate to repair. Him and his team came out, repaired two places in my sewer line, and cleaned everything up. I will certainly be calling them again for future plumbing needs!

I would recommend this company because they provide excellent service and quality of work which were all completed in a timely manner. We had a lot of plumbing issues that were not caught on inspection and Mr. Sammy did a walk through of the property and he was able to identify several cracked pipes and issues not to code. He responds to emergencies and took care of our issues with care and friendliness. The amount of plumbing fixes on our house showcases the company’s breadth of plumbing services so I would not hesitate to call them again.

It is nice to work with a company that delivers great service at a good price. I had my main waterline from the road to the house replaced last December and CK's quoted the best price and seemed like they would be good to work with. Turns out they were great. So when the sewer line backed up at 4:30pm on the 5th of July they were the first ones I called. They were able to have Sean here at 9am on the 6th and he knew exactly where to start. He was very professional and after snaking 90 ft of line finally hit a clump of roots and everything opened up. Since Sean and Anthony were so nice I asked about, and had them video the line to look for the problem. At 90ft he found roots penetrating the line where it empties at the tap in the street. The rest of the line was clear which give me the piece of mind to know if this happens again exactly who I will be calling. Since I have used them 2 times in a year and both times have been excellent service at a very reasonable price I don't have any problem recommending them to anyone that needs some plumbing done.

I can say enough positive about Eric and his work. Exceedingly professional, easy to work with, quality work and fair prices are some highlights. Most recently used him to replumb a kitchen after a remodel and move a hot water heater.

I had an outside leak which caused my water bill to jump to $500. Richard came out right away to assess what needed to be done. The leak was found quickly and repaired for which I am very thankful. Great service at a great price.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
