Best plumber ever!!! We had a flood late at night coming from our downstairs bathroom. Edwin was so kind to come out at almost mid night to check things out. He was able to figure out problem and fixed it swiftly. He also made us aware of an issue that could cause another problem in the future. Edwin is a great plumber with attention to detail and does great work! One more thing- he was also helpful in connecting us with a restoration team to help with damages. All around a solid company and we’ll be using them in the future if need be.

I received a call when they were 30 minutes out which helped me do errands while waiting for service during my window. When Shawn came he was very friendly, courteous and gave me some advice how to increase my safety around the home (not related to his company). Was very happy with everything.

Eric was excellent to work with. Highly skilled and professional in every way. My wife and I were updating our old prefab fiberglass bath to a walk in shower and he explained what he would do, how he would do it and then quickly made the necessary changes to accommodate the new plumbing and installed a new mixing valve.

I would also like to point out that this was a job that a big company chose not to do because it seemed to complicated. Eric did it with ease and we will be using him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Property Manager. Several projects not completed. Ones that were completed were not completed correctly and another -plumbing company was called out to correctly fix the problem. When questions the owner talked down to office staff and maintenance. He was correct we were not licensed plumbers however it doesn't take a licensed plumber to see water running down the street and flying in the air.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. I'm feeling generous giving a 2 star rating. My hot water heater went out Thursday I was told a technician wouldn't be available until the following Monday. I was also told they would over night the parts needed to fix it. Well the parts did not arrive on friday but instead on 1 part needed arrived Monday 1 hour before the technician. So the unit could not be fixed becuae they had to overnight the part again that's didn't arrive. So here it is 6 days of no hot water. Not sure when the technician can come...my point is your greeting and business card say 24 hour emergency service yet a week later the matter is not resolved
