We had David come out to fix an issue with our toilet. He was on time and very professional. His prices were under competitors that we had contacted previously. He even fixed an issue that wasn't causing a problem at the time, but could've been an issue in the near future. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

After getting several estimates on installing a tankless water heater in our home we decided on Poole's Plumbing for the job. The whole installation process went very smooth. The guys removed the old water heater from the attic and installed the new tankless heater on the outside of the house. During the whole process the installers were very conscious of cleaning up after each step and keep us informed of each step of the installation. Kudos to Poole's Plumbing.

I highly recommend this company. I had an issue with my hot water heater and they were able to come right out within an hour to repair it. They gave me a time and were punctual. The guys were very professional and were able to get everything repaired right away.

My mother-in-law called to have someone come out and look over the plumbing in and around the house for leaks because she received an unusually high water bill of over $50. Typically she pays around $30. The gentleman came out and looked around the bathrooms and kitchen and then, without asking, replaced two floats in two toilets, which were fairly new and not leaking. He charged her $309.

My mother-in-law didn’t think the floats were the issue, but waited for the next water bill to make sure. She soon received the next month’s water bill of $908. Finally, a family member came over and after much looking under the house and anywhere there was a water supply line, they found a faucet in the back yard was on and the attached hose was leaking. They turned it off and the problem was solved. My mother-in-law called the plumbing company and spoke to a young lady and told her how the man replaced two good toilet floats, didn’t look around and how much he charged. The young lady basically said there was nothing she could do.

I called today and spoke to the office manager. I let him know what the service technician did when he came out and he said that if he would have talked to her, he would have come out and looked around. He also said for her to call and talk to him if she had another plumbing need. I told him my mother-in-law was a little gun-shy now of Carolina Plumbing and I didn’t think she would be calling them again.

My main frustration is that the service technician didn’t look around, didn’t ask where any supply lines or outside faucets might be or look under the house at all for water leaks. In my opinion, this isn’t good customer service and borders on taking advantage of someone who doesn’t understand plumbing.

Showed up Thursday after waiting all day, finally after 4 we’re told they have to come back Friday because parts for the ac unit is frozen somehow in the middle of summer. We wait all day today Friday and call at 4:45pm to confirm they’re still coming out and are told yes. We received a voicemail after 6 saying they won’t come out until Monday now even though they do weekend appointments. The tech called us again and didn’t even have an excuse and said he won’t be here until Monday but he’s also the weekend tech. Very unprofessional and I highly DO NOT recommend them. Young kids in the home and tons of family coming in tomorrow Saturday.

Very good service for plumbing. I have used them several times now for my Kohler products and they have always been able to resolve the issue.

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!
