Kyle and Anthony did an excellent job in replacing our water heater and our house main shutoff valve. They came on time and did a very professional job in removing the old water heater from the attic and replacing it with a new one. I will recommend CK Plumbing and Kyle/Anthony to neighbors and friends for the their plumbing needs. I will use them again when needed. Hopefully, not for awhile.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Customer service was amazing. Same day service was a welcome as I had called many companies this day and all were booked. Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. Technician Chris was finally able to solve a problem that I've been having off and on with my furnace for nearly 3 years! Just when I was about to give up and buy an entirely new HVAC system, he saved the day by knowing exactly what he was doing and said he had seen that identical issue on the same model of furnace a few weeks prior. He was honest with me and said I didn't need a new system, just a very specific circuit board (so he saved me at least $5,000). Sure enough, they were able to get the part he needed within 24 hours, and it was installed the same day it arrived, and I haven't had a single issue since. What a relief to finally have reliable heat after 5 different companies all failing. I will never use anyone else for furnace repair (should I ever need it again)! And when the time inevitably does come to get a new furnace, there is no doubt who I will be calling to install it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Outstanding Service. I just moved into my house & system started backing up late at night. Edwin was a lifesaver and came out taking time to thoroughly analyze the situation.
