We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

I initially posted difficulty communicating with NC Plumbing Pros to get scheduled to complete service. However, I am happy to report that contact and a follow up appointment was made. Jeremy was courteous to contact me when he got delayed on a previous job but reported promptly to my home as soon as he finished. He was professional and completed the work on my garbage disposal and faucet. I am thoroughly pleased with the way things ended. Thanks Jeremy for a job well done!!

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

Our hot water heater was leaking (11 yr old heater). I noticed the leak yesterday at 9AM. Called Benjamin Plumbing right away, he came within the hour, after inspecting the water heater, it was determined to replace it. Had a new hot water heater by the afternoon. Very polite and great service. Thank you.

Johnathan was amazing! We needed some help with securing our sink that was coming loose and he came out and fixed it right up, on time, and was a joy to talk to. Will continue to use and would highly recommend NC Water Heaters and their associates.

Had them come out to a rental property for a bathroom leak. After cutting a hole in the wall, was told to put a towel down to solve the bathroom leak. The bill was $300, with no prior estimate given. Did not resolve issue, and hired a general handyman who discovered it was a leaky handle. Paid $300 for unresolved issue. Recommend alternative options.

I called and spoke to Danny and provided me a quote to have some plumbing work done at my house. His prices are very competitive to other plumbing companies therefore I decided to go through with his offer. He dispatched one of his techs “Joseph”, he arrived at my house during the time frame he said he would and had the work done in no time. Thank you, guys.

Sam was such a personable and professional technician. I’ve had workers with zero personality before and it’s always so awkward. He diagnosed what the issue was and told me how to prevent the build up of algae in the future. He went above and beyond which is always rare to find. He respected the household with shoe covers and wore a mask the whole time. I do have very excitable dogs and he did great with their alpha personalities. Would recommend Sam to anyone.

Rick did some extensive work on my chimney chase not realizing how much work was going to be involved. Handled the job very nicely and professionally. Had him also power wash and paint my house and shed which was really faded. Due to Covid he had a hard time finding materials but prevailed and everything worked out. Very satisfied with quality and professionalism. I will differently have him come back to do other project. Highly recommended 🙂

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
