I HIGHLY recommend PSR ! I am so impressed with the workmanship (100%+) and the honest pricing. David and Jim came out the same day I called... as our HWH was a goner, and needed replacement . It is in the attic, pull-down stairs, and in 87 + degree heat. Not only was the unit replaced , Dave improved the way the pipes were originally laid out and other little extras, and left the place clean! He went above and beyond and he charged an amazing price !..for all that hard work and all this at the last minute at the end of the day! AND not only that but he guarantees his labor for ONE YEAR! Who does that? THAT is HONEST Hard work and as you know, is very rare these days. This is our plumber from now on ! DO it! call them...You will be glad you did.

Carter was timely, thorough and really seemed to care about making sure we were taken care of, including talking me through cost effective options and they were very transparent about cost. Our kitchen drain was unuseable and flooding our floor from inside the walls which was a huge problem but he made sure to figure out an option for us to get it fixed again ASAP. The other technician who came out to fix the issue that weekend was also awesome! Would definitely go through these folks again next time we need a major repair.

My experience with Bolton was EXCEPTIONAL.

We had another company come first (which we had seen advertising recently on TV) to help with our rather simple electrical repair request. The other company was a total rip-off with the diagnostic and repair quote (giving a crazy high quote for repair before they even knew what was wrong!). So then we called Bolton as they have been a well known Raleigh company for years. Tim the Bolton electrician was thorough, polite and professional. We felt taken care of by Bolton (unlike taken advantage of by the other company) and will always call on them first for assistance in the future.

Lynwood and Geoffrey were great diagnosing my plumbing problem. I depend on Newcomb for quality HVAC and plumbing services. Their technicians are very knowledgeable.

Professional and dependable service. With so many options out there for who to call for plumbing or water heater servicing, who do you call? I'd highly recommend Your Service Pro of NC if you want to work with a group of professionals and want the job done correctly. I had an odd request about the timing of day I wanted the water heater installed and Your Service Pro was finished with the job at exactly the time I requested they be done. Prices are reasonably priced with competitors and the quality of work and professionalism are all reasons you should give them a call for your plumbing needs. The guys that came out to install the water heater were very courteous. I'd highly recommend that you call this company before trying any others.

Mike is the best in his field. He is very responsive and does high quality work. In addition to repairing a water leak and installing a toilet, he has also helped me get my kitchen fitted for a gas stove. He is the best you will find.

We bought a house and needed to have some plumbing issues fixed and pipes changed out. We were quoted $9,000 by two companies. Raleigh Plumbing & Heating did quality work for $4,000.

Rakeem really went to a lot of extra effort tonight. I think he's really been able to get things done pretty quickly, and working here in Rocky Mount he's get a 45 minute trip.

As things went on and there were additional challenges it got to be late in the afternoon and then got to be early evening on a Friday, and so the kind of typical business bank hours were basically over, but it was still within the retail store hour range.

My parents and I were thinking it might just have to wait a day or a few days, but Rakeem kept going, and so we kept going, and the City of Rocky Mount was able to come out, and it eventually got completely finished. But Rakeem really did a lot of work to get it sorted out in a brief span of time. He also came out really early as well to get started early in the morning.

EDIT: The initial review seems to have gotten deleted maybe cause I clicked the share button to share the review with Rakeem right after he suggested I write a review and I wrote it and posted it, but everything that I said is true. He even brought his wife and his three little kids in the car to come back to Rocky Mount at about 7:00 p.m. on a Friday to get the job done. So I hope the review gets posted, but I don't know how the filtering works.
