Technician was very good. Explained things well. Did what he said he would.

Called Ease to fix a leaky shower head. Hal Petrosa called to let me know he was coming. Came in found the problem wrote the estimate and it was repaired same day. Hall was very through in explaining what he would be doing.
I was a little thrown back by the price I am sure they are not the cheapest but they were responsive and customer service was excellent and felt really comfortable the problem would be fixed which I was happy to pay . Will definately call for any future needs.

Called Poole’s for a couple issues and they managed to come out and fix everything same day. Both Tim and the entire team were great. Would highly recommend! Thank y’all!

Two days ago we were without heat as our 3 year old gas boiler furnace suddenly quit working. I called the man who installed it but his voice mail said he wasn't available. And he wasn't available yesterday morning. I was referred by my AC vendor to Newcomb and Co. doubting that a large company with mixed reviews would respond to a new customer who was without heat. The receptionist's first words were, You're without heat? I'll get someone out there as soon as I can! Wow! Three hours later Richard showed up, replaced an internal switch, cleaned up the boiler unit, and departed leaving me grateful for rapid response and comfortable heat in our house. Ned Yellig, MD

We hired Joe to install 3 sinks and 3 faucets after we got new granite counter tops. When you get new granite counters, the drains from the new sinks won’t line up with the existing drains in the house. I thought I would be able to connect the new drains by using a flexible elbow, but I couldn’t make it work. So I called Joe and he was able to help me the same day. He charged me a flat fee for each sink and finished in about 1.5 hours. He is a super nice guy.

A few months later we sold our house and the home inspector said the water pressure was too high and that our water heater had been installed incorrectly. Joe came over and verified the home inspector's pressure gauge was faulty and verified that the water heater was fine. He wrote a short invoice explaining everything was ok.

Great job installing our new shower tray and faucet/shower fixtures. As this project required some planning and prep before Walston Plumbing arrived, we appreciated all the guidance received prior to our appointment. Felix and his helper were polite and gave a lot of attention to their work, offering good suggestions on placement of fixtures before they began the work. Felix also offered good advice on preparing for installation of the shower door even though that will require a different craftsman.
Once the tiling was laid, Felix returned to complete installation of faucet & shower fixtures. BEAUTIFUL!
