Let me start by saying how satisfied I am with the work David Dobbs did today. I'll called him at 7:20 this morning, he called me back in two minutes, and excepted the my job to replace the water heater. David told me he would arrive at my place at noon but to my surprise he was here 15 minutes early. After a 40 minute diagnosis, he was off to the plumbing supply house to get all the materials needed to replace the bad water heater. At 3-ish we were sitting at my table for payment, the water heater was installed, and David was on his way. I would recommend David to anyone because he's courteous , affordable, and gets the job done in a timely manner.

Miranda was super helpful and was able to get someone out the next day for a quote. I had to get quite a bit of work done that took about two days. Cirby and Josh were great!! I felt comfortable with them in my home, they answered all my questions, and the work was done so well. They made the headache of dealing with plumbing issues much more bearable and for that I am so grateful!

Yesterday morning I noticed I had no hot water in my house. Since it was a Sunday, I figured I was in for a few days of cold showers, and I called CK's Plumbing, a company I've used before and trust, for an appointment. Kyle returned my call 20 minutes later, was at my home an hour later, and had the problem fixed within half an hour. Long story short, three hours after I called, I was taking a hot shower. Excellent service, especially on a Sunday! Thank you, CK's Plumbing, and thank you, Kyle!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

What luck to have our water heater start leaking days before a major hurricane. We called Carolina Plumbing at 8am, by 11am they had a brand new water heater installed. Our installer, Tim, was patient and was quick to answer questions. We are grateful they were able to get our new water heater installed before the hurricane.

Linwood with Newcomb was very thorough and methodical in addressing our mysterious sewer smell that comes and goes in all bathrooms.!. He also checked our kitchen sink faucet install and the finicky handle in the master bath - we appreciate his attention to detail and thoughtfulness when it comes to repairs. Great job!

Great job installing our new shower tray and faucet/shower fixtures. As this project required some planning and prep before Walston Plumbing arrived, we appreciated all the guidance received prior to our appointment. Felix and his helper were polite and gave a lot of attention to their work, offering good suggestions on placement of fixtures before they began the work. Felix also offered good advice on preparing for installation of the shower door even though that will require a different craftsman.
Once the tiling was laid, Felix returned to complete installation of faucet & shower fixtures. BEAUTIFUL!

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
