Outstanding Service. I just moved into my house & system started backing up late at night. Edwin was a lifesaver and came out taking time to thoroughly analyze the situation. He got my house set up so I could use the plumbing overnight - then came the next day to fix everything. It was a big tree roots problem, Edwin worked hard, corrected the problem and shared pictures. I would definitely recommend. I had CK's to my house today to clear a drain line and replace a hose bibb. They were on-time and called in advance, a big plus for me! I recently used Mathew's Plumbing Solutions at my home. Had a challenging project in my basement which required changing out old plumbing to meet current City of Raleigh permit specs. Matt was up to the challenge and did a great job. Very professional and courteous. He did not leave until everything was done.

It feels a little weird to write a review for a company that didn't actually do any work for me, but hear me out. I called Legacy Plumbing company to get a quote about moving a utility sink in my laundry room. Jamie was very pleasant on the phone and was able to get a plumber out to my house within the hour. Willie was able to find my notoriously difficult to find house, and was so friendly and helpful. He graciously accepted my dog jumping all over him and then gave me advice regarding my sink. In order to use our laundry room more efficiently, he recommended an alternative option that didn't require moving the sink. So while I ultimately did not use their services, I was so impressed with Legacy's promptness, friendliness, and clear concern for their customers (even when it didn't necessarily bring them business). I will DEFINITELY be using them in the future should I need plumbing services!

Oh My Gosh! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty! Ordered a new sink as a gift for my son from the Lowes in Clayton. My son had surgery on his right arm and couldn't pick up the sink. I called CP&R to see if they could pick it up and do the installation They picked up the sink, took it to my son's house to install. The sink was broken, CP&R returned it to Lowes for us. When the new sink came in, CP&R went again to pick up the sink, again the sink was broken. Third try, CP&R went, again, to Lowes, checked the new sink - all was well. Installing the sink was the easy part! I appreciate Paul dealing with all the stuff at Lowes for us and not telling me to find a new guy to finish the job. Really appreciated all their help!

I had a capacitor go out in my outside unit. I knew it was a capacitor but was tied up with work and didn't have time to fix it myself so I called these guys. I called and they showed up the next day within the time-frame, however, it seems they price gouge. I was charged a service fee of $90.00 and hen $204.40 for the capacitor. He also put 2 pounds of R-22 in for $225. I was expecting the capacitor to maybe be $75 max (since you can get capacitors all day at home depot for $10 to $20).

I would call someone else and wouldn't recommend this company unless you like paying $$$.

They were great! Very responsive and communicative. Talked to us about our problem over the phone and gave us a quote. Daniel showed up the same day to fix the problem quickly and professionally. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
