They replaced our HVAC system and we are very happy with the process. We reached out to a few companies and were overwhelmed by the options. David explained everything we need to know and gave us updates throughout the install. Jessica was also very helpful with booking an billing questions!

Had my water heater start leaking bad late the other night, I was able to get it shut off and called Carolina Plumbing the next morning. They adjusted thier schedule and had it replaced the same day I called. Guys were awesome and very professional while working in my house even when I wasn’t there. I like Newcomb. They have generally done good by me, and they replaced both of my HVAC units in 2017. I am under a maintenance contract with them. When calling to schedule a heater check (which I pay for) I am told that the first available date is in the second week of January. Tell me how useful it is to have a maintenance visit scheduled nearly two months out, and AFTER the heating season is well underway. I get that this work is not prioritized, but this is ridiculous, and calls into question why I even paid for this (and why I will not do so again)

After having a nightmare of a time with other corporate and local plumbers, Mike came out right away to look at my project. The pump in my septic tank went out. It was a disaster. I texted this company yesterday. They responded to me the same day. They gave me time ranges and a 30-minute window for when they would arrive. They texted me promptly this morning with their arrival time and arrived when they said they would. They talked to me and explained everything that they were doing and made sure I understood. Their pricing was fair and they were very kind and professional. I highly recommend them and would definitely do business with this company again.

My experience with Bell Cow was nothing but positive. Parts of the structures of my garage door frames were damaged by termites. Bell Cow was contracted to repair/restore the structural damages. They did fabulous carpentry work of structural repairing to replace the damaged header and supporting frames. The professional service they provided was impressive. Manager Bernie was very responsive and on the task. Carpenter John is experienced, smart, well-organized, and committed - the type of experts I can always trust to get jobs done right. Thank you team for such an impressive job, your hard work, and professionalism too! If I ever need a carpentry work done in the future, I will call you immediately.
