The plumber from Newcomb ..... his name is Linwood. He arrived promptly at 8 am. He is very respectful,professional and knows his job well. He repaired 2 items in a timely manner and offered advice on a possible future issue. I will request his services going forward.

Jake arrived early and diagnosed the problem with my kitchen faucet immediately. The faucet could not be repaired and required replacement. He agreed to wait while I ran to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet so I wouldn't have to schedule another appointment! He installed the new faucet in no time flat. Very friendly and professional. They will have my repeat business the next time I have a plumbing need!

I cannot share good enough things about PK Plumbing. On time, above and beyond when it comes to communication, and so helpful to work around my schedule. I am an electrical contractor and work in customers’ homes all of the time and I will just say PK plumbing has service that can’t be compared to any other plumbing company I’ve experienced.

Kevin came to my home and was very professional in checking my system for the bi-annual inspection. He came in and explained what he would be checking for in the attic where the furnace was located and then he continued to the air conditioning unit outside. He reported that the system was running as it should with no issues.

I would recommend this company because they provide excellent service and quality of work which were all completed in a timely manner. We had a lot of plumbing issues that were not caught on inspection and Mr. Sammy did a walk through of the property and he was able to identify several cracked pipes and issues not to code. He responds to emergencies and took care of our issues with care and friendliness. The amount of plumbing fixes on our house showcases the company’s breadth of plumbing services so I would not hesitate to call them again.

Very professional, responsive, and do NOT waste your time. Arbor Plumping worked with me to address all my needs and did everything they could to satisfy me. They replied all my text messages, even over the weekend! Their estimate was reasonable, in the lower side of the spectrum, and did not charge me for any miscellaneous parts and accessories. Their scheduling and payment system is the best in its class. If they continue the same, in the near future they will become a big service company in the Research Triangle area in North Carolina! We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.

This is the real deal in a plumbing company. They are prompt and reasonable and do the work right the first time. What more could you want.

My interaction is that this company hires inexperienced helpers/workers who will and may lie quickly...video is suggested...there maybe damages left behind

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
