Juan and Michael showed up exactly on time. They immediately found the root cause of the issue, gave me a reasonable quote and made the fix and install very quickly. They also resolved another issue we have been having and gave a few helpful pointers to us. Overall 5 stars, we will be using again but hopefully we wont need to.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We have had a service contract with Newcomb for a number of years. For routine service of our AC last summer it took 2 months to schedule-summer was almost over. The technician who came was surly and made snide comments about the fact that I was not at work.
Today is Wednesday and we have been without heat since Saturday. We paid $149 for service to come on Saturday. They had to order the part. They are coming today but cannot give me a time window-will call 20-30 minutes ahead. They say the reason is that they have too many service calls to give me a time- Not to worry, after this they will have one less customer!

We just built a new home and found that a sump needed to be installed in the basement so we could finish it. After contacting the builder's recommended plumbing companies and seeing their inflated prices, poor customer service, and delayed response times, we gave Bizzy Bee a call after finding them on the web. This was the best decision we could make.

We spoke with Robert on the phone who was friendly, courteous, and understood exactly what we were looking for - Mike was at our house later that day to provide an estimate. He clearly explained everything entailed in the job, what kind of parts that would be installed, their respective warranties, and most importantly, a price that was half of the competition. The next day Mike was back and installed the pump quickly, keeping us posted of every step along the way. At the end he reviewed all the work that was completed, and provided us with all of the manuals and warranties for the pump. I would have easily paid more just for the customer service and craftsmanship provided, but don't tell them that :)

Even our 1 year inspection yielded a glowing response from the inspector on how well of a job Bizzy Bee did compared to the original builder's plumbing work - that is saying a lot! I recently had the pleasure of hiring Metro Rooter Plumbing Cary for their drain cleaning services, and I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations. Keith at KW Boykin plumbing is a life saver! We were having septic pump/drainage field issues and Keith took the time to find out exactly what the issue was and resolve it for us. Other companies were not interested in problem solving and we were having recurrent troubles with our septic. We had started working with Septic Blue but they wanted us to replace the pump at about three times the cost and the drainage field issue would not have been resolved. We would have been stuck with another broken pump, clogged drainage field, and be $3500 poorer if I had opted to use Septic Blue. Keith was was able to squeeze us into his schedule and work on our problem until it was resolved. Keith has since checked in a few times to make sure no additional issues have come up. I couldn’t be happier with K W Boykin plumbing and I highly recommend this company!!!!

I've used CK's twice now and continue to be impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. This time we had a toilet that needed to be replaced and Ben and Jose were as good as you can ask for in terms of quality of work and personability. Kevin was able to discover the issue right away and to my delight, was able to make the repairs on the spot. No more leaks. I would recommend this guy to anyone that needs a local plumber.

Anthony was asked to come to our property for an annual back flow testing. He claimed some parts were broken in our assembly and that we needed to replace the entire thing. We told him that we decided not to do it, but he came back a few days later on his own and tried to perform repairs, where we had to remind him that we didn’t ask for that. Somehow we were still charged a diagnostic fee for the second time even though we asked them not to come back.

We ended up calling Bizzy Bee and they did the back flow testing for us….and that they found no broken parts at all.

I was extremely disappointed because Anthony came and did good work in our home prior to this (installed a kitchen faucet). I have no idea how anyone can just assume they can come back to someone’s property without permission after being told that we didn’t want any work done (in addition to lying about broken assemblies).
