Best Commercial Plumbing Installation in Raleigh NC

Called on a Friday morning about a water leak and Waite plumbing was able to get someone available that afternoon 3-5pm. I had already pulled out the saturated insulation and drywall to locate the leak (why would you pay a highly skilled plumber to do demo work? I think that's where some folks misunderstand the costs involved and leads to negative reviews). I'd requested the piping in the wall (the dreaded PB) be replaced down into the crawlspace so that I wouldn't have to open that wall again. He was done so fast that my wife was incredulous. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. These folks will certainly be on my list for getting bids for repiping my house. I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again.

I would definitely recommend Axis Plumbing and will call on them again for future work. Joe and his team did an outstanding job for me with some bathroom remodel work. Honest, fair and completed the work in timely fashion.

Kyle and Anthony did an excellent job in replacing our water heater and our house main shutoff valve. They came on time and did a very professional job in removing the old water heater from the attic and replacing it with a new one. I will recommend CK Plumbing and Kyle/Anthony to neighbors and friends for the their plumbing needs. I will use them again when needed. Hopefully, not for awhile.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Customer service was amazing. Same day service was a welcome as I had called many companies this day and all were booked. Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. Oh My Gosh! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty! Ordered a new sink as a gift for my son from the Lowes in Clayton. My son had surgery on his right arm and couldn't pick up the sink. I called CP&R to see if they could pick it up and do the installation They picked up the sink, took it to my son's house to install. The sink was broken, CP&R returned it to Lowes for us. When the new sink came in, CP&R went again to pick up the sink, again the sink was broken. Third try, CP&R went, again, to Lowes, checked the new sink - all was well. Installing the sink was the easy part! I appreciate Paul dealing with all the stuff at Lowes for us and not telling me to find a new guy to finish the job. Really appreciated all their help!

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

As part of our maintenance contract with Bolton Services Curtis Snipes came out for our air conditioner inspection. He called before his arrival, was on time and introduced himself with a smile-that by the way he had on all day. After maintenance he noticed that instead of cooling the unit was putting out heat. The problem turned out to be the control box, that had to be replaced and some faulty wiring to the control box that had to be replaced. All told Curtis was here for about 7 hours. I think Bolton Services should be properly proud of having an employee like Curtis that stays with the job until it is done right, keeps the customer informed and cheerfully represents the company.

Very pleased with the work that Linwood Mosley with Newcomb did to repair our pressure tank. He correctly diagnosed the problem, had the needed part on the truck, successfully installed the part then checked to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Excellent work!

They responded immediately to my service call and were friendly and professional.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
