Thank you God for Mathews Plumbing Solutions! In a panic after flushing my diamond wedding ring down the toilet I called Mathews Plumbing Solutions at 10:30at night!! I spoke with the owner and he gave a good ( and quite accurate) description of what his crew could do to try and retrieve my ring. I had a crew member at my home within an hour. Wayne was professional and polite. He even apologized to me for having to go through this. He was efficient and skillful. He went straight to work and was able to use a camera to find my ring!! Thank God it didn't end up in the septic tank!!!! One cut in the pipes and it fell out!!! He sealed every thing up neatly and left the job like nothing had happened. I'm so grateful!!

Kyle and Anthony were very nice and professional. They came to help fix my hot water heater; which was not producing any hot water. After some trouble shooting they discovered a leak and I needed a new gas central valve on the heater because it was cracked; they also replaced some old pipes. Once the part came in another plumber returned ( can't remember his name but he was awesome too) to install it, which took no time at all. After all of that I was getting warm water, but not as hot as it should have been; so I gave them a call back. The third time was a charm because Kyle discovered that the valve that was mixing cold water with hot water as it enters your home ( so you don't melt your skin off) was no longer functioning ( he even showed me so I could see with my own eyes, it was also over 25 years old). Once that was replaced everything was perfect!!! Everyone I spoke with over the phone and all the folks that came out to my home were AWESOME and so friendly. I had no problems getting appointments and they were always on time.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
