Purchased 2 new toilets from hardware store, they were the best and highest recommended by a former plumber that worked in the store. We knew the brand, asked if they would fit in any space, was told YES. They were delivered. The plumber that was doing the work hired by the flooring company installing our new floors installed the first one. He came out saying, I've never seen a toilet like this and I don't know how to install, you need to hire a plumber. We got Benjamin with ARC Plumbing to come out late the same day. He take a look and says it looks to be installed correctly, flushed and water went everywhere from the bottom of the tank....it was a defective seal. REPLACED the defective seal, ALL WAS GOOD! When the floors were finished being installed, Benjamin comes back to install the 2nd toilet....unboxed all ready to install and the plumbing in the floor and the size of the toilet was incorrect and toilet seat was cracked...WHAT else can go wrong. We asked Benjamin if his company sold toilets we were tired of dealing with the toilets and just needed the right one that would fit and operate like the ones we purchased. Benjamin SAVED US AGAIN, next day he delivered a new toilet, installed with NO PROBLEMS. Lesson learned, just buy your toilet from the plumber, if something goes wrong they will take care of it or replace it. Now we have to somehow get the unusable toilet back to the store.

Eric was excellent to work with. Highly skilled and professional in every way. My wife and I were updating our old prefab fiberglass bath to a walk in shower and he explained what he would do, how he would do it and then quickly made the necessary changes to accommodate the new plumbing and installed a new mixing valve.

I would also like to point out that this was a job that a big company chose not to do because it seemed to complicated. Eric did it with ease and we will be using him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

My water heater decided to spring a leak and I walked downstairs to swap laundry and found a swamp in my entryway. Unfortunately because my Husband is sick with Covid we had a really hard time finding anyone willing to come to our house in any reasonable amount of time. Even though we offered to wear masks, stay upstairs, or even to sit in my car and leave the house the earliest anyone was willing to come out was in 6 days. I called around to 10+ places and the only one who returned my calls in a timely manner and was willing to come to our home was Eddie at Affordable Plumbing. We stayed upstairs and communicated through telephone. He was super knowledgeable and even helped to trouble shoot some other issues we were having for a future visit. I'm so greatful to Eddie as I had no idea how we would have survived in Quarantine with no water for 6 days. From the bottom of my heart thank you for helping this poor nurse out!

The Raleigh Handyman (Alan) performs excellent service, is personable, on time and reasonably priced. We are moving my father into my sister's home and needed safety measures installed. Alan installed wall heaters, handrails, wall cabinets, safety grab bars and mounted a TV. Throughout the work, Alan asked for (and accepted!) our input. In essence, we worked on the project together - he wanting to ensure that it was all done exactly as we wanted. Alan also provided his expert advice when we suggested a measure/technique that would not have led to the best outcome. There is no question that we would recommend Alan to anyone and will certainly have him do any future work we need.

We had a garbage disposal fail on us. Caleb was great. He took care of the problem making the repair painless. Good communication while awaiting the arrival of the ordered unit as well.

Matt was able to counsel me over the phone to prevent a leak from causing additional damage, he scheduled to come out at my earliest convenience, assessed the situation, and repaired it on the spot for a more-than-fair price. He was prompt, professional, and made our plumbing disaster an easy-to-solve problem.

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to use Cary Plumbing to repair some old fittings, replace a few leaking indoor and outdoor faucets, and fix a pipe leak. I was told it would take 3-4 hrs with one plumber at $116/hr. The office person also mentioned that a trainee would be coming out to watch/help/observe, and that I would NOT be charged for his/her time. When I did a walkthrough with the plumber before starting work, I asked his estimate on time. He said 3-4hrs, which lined up with the office person's estimate. Both repairmen were courteous and professional. Except for a few minor things, I thought the job was well done. When I received a bill for just under $1000, I was shocked. I called the office to get an explanation as to why my bill was almost double the original estimate. After talking to the plumber that did the work, the office person called me back and said that the second person did indeed WORK THE ENTIRE TIME (which I know was not the case because I was there the entire time), that my charge of $174/hr for the entire duration of the job was justified, and that I actually SAVED money by having 2 plumbers there to do my job. Well during his down time on the job, that second plumber told me he had just moved here from another state a few months ago and was learning the trade, just as the office person had said. The last dagger was that the plumber rounded up to the next 1/2 hour (at $174/hr) for the total time. After this experience, I cannot recommend Cary Plumbing.

Great company did great work

The plumber showed up on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up any mess. I was happy. The cost was pricey though compared to other small business plumbers I have had.

This is the best place ever to get your HVAC work completed from. I had an emergency issue with my unit leaking in my ceiling. Ben came out and fixed it very quickly and explained the issue to me. I felt confident the issues were fixed properly and the price was amazing. They're not there cheapest but not the most expensive. Great quality and very reasonable. I recommend them to everyone.

Due to a gas leak , the gas company shut off my gas. I contacted Omar’s Plumbing in the evening and explained my situation . They came over the next morning and inspected our home. They did a leak test and determined the issue; showed me and explained to me the issues. Gas pipes were Rusting and Corroding .He did not try to upsell his services. I’m the one who decided to replace gas lines in my entire home. The job took about 2 days to complete .he gave me a really great price.he even called me the next to follow up see if I had any issues with the gas company turning on my gas. Im highly satisfied and I highly recommend his services. Excellent price 😊 ! Omar and his entire crew are professional and Definitely trustworthy. Outstanding service !!

I got magnificent assistance! Proprietor and his student were perfect to work with. They had the option to come out rapidly and, surprisingly, early to fix a defective latrine. They were informative, agreeable, and proficient! Energetically suggest!

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
