I had the pleasure of working with Jerry from CK's Plumbing! He was properly wearing PPE and took great care to respect social distancing. He was great in explaining everything he needed to do as he did it and successfully unclogging the drain under my sink. Very friendly and his helper (I cannot remember his name) was great too. These guys really seemed to put the customer first and I will definitely call them first if I need any future plumbing needs.

Cameron was knowledgeable, worked quickly, and went above and beyond what was required.

I was very happy with my first experience with Newcomb. Cody, the tech, was helpful with some hints and didn't try to sell me a new unit even though my compressor is 23 years old.

I sent a text at 7 pm and by 2PM the next day my water heater was installed at the cheapest price of any quotes!

Jason had to repair/replace the well pump for my water system. He also returned to replace the water tank/bladder tank that goes with the well system.. His work was professional and very timely. He came on an emergency and arrived when he said he would be here. After assessing the situation, Jason kept me informed of everything that needed to be done, gave me an estimate and completed the work in a very timely manner for the price quoted. He even went above and beyond to get the parts needed to replace the pump for my well. I would highly recommend Jason and 919Plumbing to anyone needing any type of plumbing repair services.

We called Carolina plumbing to install a toilet that we had already purchased from Lowes who gave us a price of 176.00 to install with delivery. We couldn't agree on a good time line so I decided to bring the toilet home and call a plumber on my own, I called Carolina plumbing and told them I needed a toilet installed and remove a second triolet to check the flange he never said what the cost would be. after they did the job he gave a ridicules' price of $580.00 and told us that it would cost us to replace the cracked flange another $582.00. I was shocked at this price I called the office and the person I talked to said he would come over the house and check it out. That never happened he called back and said that the cost has gone up after he talked to his INCOMPIDENT workers that were over my house. I am 83 yrs old and have done many handyman jobs
and would never take advantage of anyone. I had already checked on the cost of the flange at 20- 40 $ I paid the ridicules' bill for the toilet installation and said no to the added repairs. The next day I had two plumbers from Rocky Mount come over and replaced the triolet flange and remount the toiled at a cost of $150.00 which included labor and materials. The people in charge need to be more observative of what their incompetent help tells them about the cost of jobs. I can never use or recommend this company to anyone in good conscience.

Nice to know there are still some genuine honest people. Rakeem really helped save us time and money in a tight spot. We sprung a leak on a faulty toilet hose. Ironically, we were getting prepared to move and have been in contact with multiple contractors for the NEW house. The last thing we needed was a plumbing leak on a Friday night at the current home.

I thought it could easily be swapped out for a better part, but hesitated after some water spraying. Rakeem reassured me my assessment was correct, it was normal and recommended a DIY fix. Not only did he save me from additional cost, but he saved me the time of bringing someone into the home, further delay, and extra contractor clean-up. On top of that, he went a step further to text me the replacement part for purchase at Home Depot.

Sure enough, I found it on Amazon for next day delivery. Literally no time lost, no downgrade in quality (new part is much improved), and I spent only dollars...dollars! Hundreds saved, stress relieved, and headache mitigated. All because an honest business owner spent ten minutes to answer his cell and send a text.

Do yourself a favor and contact this local business. After a half dozen calls and little relief, glad I ultimately did. Certainly will be my next call for plumbing services. Thank you Rakeem

I had a water leak from the inlet of my dishwasher. Rural Plumbing came out that day as requested. They were on time, professional, and got the job done right. They capped the line, because they didn't have the part to fix it, but came back a a later date with the part and did not charge for another service call. I would use them again and recommend to my neighbors.

I've used CK's twice now and continue to be impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. This time we had a toilet that needed to be replaced and Ben and Jose were as good as you can ask for in terms of quality of work and personability. These guys are really easy to work with and do a great job every time, best in the area hands down.

Arbor Plumbing and Backflow has been my only plumbing company I have used since I moved into my home five years ago. I had a broken water heater, and they replaced it and had me up and running in the same day. I will not use another plumbing company in the triangle area, because Arbor has taken such great care of me.
