Wes installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Very reasonably priced, he arrived on time and he likes dogs. Plus my dogs liked him. Wes let me text him many questions in the week prior which you don’t always find with a contractor on this kind of small job. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, it was well done, affordable, and he was super conscientious about securing the front door any time he went out (per my request to prevent my one dog from bolting). Definitely will rehire.

Fasco has come out to our house a handful of times now for various plumbing problems. (Mostly due to the hell that is polybutylene pipes.) I have no complaints at all about their service. They've been straightforward, do good and honest work, and have had good prices. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

My outside hose was stuck and I tried to remove it, but it didn't matter how careful I was, I still broke the copper pipe. I was able to book them the next day, they were professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use their services again.

Tree roots had grown into my sewer line causing it to back up. After having the tree removed I called around to get estimates for having the line replaced. Other companies including the one who first unstopped the line wanted to charge me multiple fews (visit, camera usage, etc) just to come out and give an estimate. Terry having dealt with this situation so many times before felt confident giving me an estimate over the phone after talking the situation over with me.

Two days later he was at my house first thing in the morning. The roots had grown into the line at a T intersection near the road just as he expected. By lunch time Brandon had that section of the line replaced and everything has been good since.

It cost me about half of what other companies told me the replacement would probably cost. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

I was in need of new ac unit and facing the issue of how to afford it. It had to be replaced fast as we were dealing with mold from old unit. I contacted others and there estimates were high and only had financing but paying so much more jus for financing. They also did not include service and repairs with that. So I reached out to Service Experts. They had someone to come out next day to give estimate.William Foti contacted me when he was on his way and gave me an ETA. He was very prompt. He came and checked everything. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us a deal with the advantage plan. Within 2 days they were out tearing out old and putting in new. From Cole, David and George installing and fixing everything. Cole was so very helpful and made sure everything running great. Made the experience smoothly and non stressful. Also had John come and replace our water filter for our house and he was on time and efficient. Very nice set of guys.We also wanted rock instead of mulch by unit. So they had to send another set of guys a week later to remove mulch and put out rock. So Eduardo and Alex came out today. They came and noticed they had wrong rock and left to drive almost hour and half to get right one and come back and fix it.Everyone from Will down to Cole and Eduardo went above and beyond to make me happy. Pleasant experience and would highly recommend them.I am enjoying new unit and breathing fresh clean air!!You got 1 happy customer. 4 stars because of mixup with mulch and rock.

Solomon was great! He came to our aid quickly and helped us isolate a gas leak. He found the leak, replaced the faulty part, and negotiated an excellent deal with us for future maintenance on our systems. We will be asking for his assistance personally and by name in the future. Thank you to Solomon for all his help and professionalism.Edit: I had Jesus come for a routine check up on my HVAC system today. He noticed a problem: my flue pipe from my furnace was disconnected. With an hour, he had the part needed to reconnect the flue, had performed excellent work, and my system is now back up and running. Thank you, Jesus and Freddy for everything you did today!

Shawn installed a new water heater for me. It couldn't have been any smoother. He quoted a fair price, arrived on time and in no time he removed my old water heater and installed the new one. He's also friendly and professional. I was extremely happy with the entire transaction from beginning to end.

Contact this company for work and they seemed extremely uninterested and the person that called was rude! I do not recommend working with someone so unprofessional.
