Joe did an AMAZING job! We had found out today that our water heater had been leaking, possibly for at least a day or two, and no one noticed. We called Joe based on a recommendation from a friend. Joe’s text-based communication was quick, concise, and led us to getting a quote which was fantastic. Even though we had just contacted him, he was able to come out and perform a same-day replacement of our broken water heater. He was personable and friendly which made the experience that much better. Especially since our water heater sits behind PVC pipe that can make installation of a new one more annoying than usual (you can see it blocking part of the bottom of the newly installed water heater in the picture). I highly recommend him as it was quality work for a last minute call.

It’s never convenient to discover you have a main water leak leading to your home, but even more so during a pandemic just days before Christmas. Sutherland Plumbing was incredibly accommodating diagnosing the problem, recommending solutions, coordinating the myriad of prework and players involved, and then completing the work quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism and friendliness was spot-on from Courtney who coordinates scheduling, to Ty who fielded my long list of questions and texts, to the crew who completed the work (Ty, Cameron, and Nathan), and even to the post-work review and paperwork. But it’s not only the quality of their work, work ethic, and how they interacted with me that makes them stand out. It’s the way they treat each other … they have such a rhythm working alongside each other, no hesitation to get in and get the job done, a sense of camaraderie and mutual respect for each other that just put me at ease during a stressful situation. While I hope I won’t have any more plumbing emergencies, I know that I’ll call on them again for any job ... big or small.

First off, I appreciate the fact that this company is locally owned. I feel like locally owned businesses care more about the community and their services are more worthwhile. That being said, they did not disappoint. They were timely, thorough and charged exactly what they said they would.

I had a clogged drain between the bathtub and the bathroom sink. I couldn't clear it with drain cleaners or a snake. I'm glad I called in the pros.Anytime Plumbing sure was professional! Zach showed up on time, was courteous and conscientious in his work. He cleared the drains, tested the flow, and left the tub and sink clean! All in for just one hour of service! Great work, great work ethic. Highly recommend!

I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. Terry's work is absolutely top notch. I had a leaking pipe, and not only did he fix the issue, he determined that the pipe itself was unnecessarily long (since the house was old and plumbing work had been done and re-done in different ways over the years) and rerouted the water via a shorter path. Now my downstairs shower has far more water pressure than it has in the nearly 15 years I've lived in my house (it's almost scary how much pressure there is now). The next time I have a plumbing issue, Terry will be the first person I call.

Mario and Smitty's Sewer Service were fantastic! Very responsive, exactly on time, with a can do attitude. We had a tricky problem with the outflow pipe of our septic that Mario came up with a good plan for, and clearly explained every step of the repair. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the high labor costs today. We Highly recommend Smitty's for any septic or sewer issues you need resolved. Would've given 6 stars!

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

I work for a stone fabrication shop and they do all of our disconnects and reconnections for all our customers who are in need of that. They are always on time, professional, and get the job done in a timely matter. if I needed any work done for my own home, I would hire them in a minute. I would highly recommend this company.
