Everything went fine. Work was done efficiently and neatly.

I had renters who couldn't use water or toilets for several days due to clogged pipes & because I had to dismiss the first plumbers I called. Proline located the problem in the main which involved digging up the front yard, a real challenge due to difficult access. After digging down 10 ft, the scope had led them to the wrong pipe. They had thought they were just about done but the problem-solving was just beginning.
As it was getting late I was worried about being abandoned. It was a real mystery as to where the water was going. My deep gratitude to Eddie, Alex, Vlad & Tony for their determination, persistence, & ability to work together to solve a very unusual & challenging problem. I hope they all get a raise.
When they finally located the problem, it was a mess! They fixed everything, backfilled the yard, worked in the dark & were finally done at 9pm...after arriving at 7:30 am. Although I thought the estimate I agreed to was a bit high at first, I really appreciate that they didn't double the price when things got messy. Thank you to that team!

Both times they have been to the house they have been there quickly. Their work has been admirable. Their prices have always been very fair. Alan is awesome.

One of our participants was very interested in his work and he allowed them to watch and even explained some of the process to them. Once the sink was fixed at the end of the day I went to clean the dishes that had pilled up and Joseph was already happily working on them! I have recently employed Axiom to do plumbing work in my home renovation. At first I liked the company, their estimator, Ian, was great and so were the reviews. I was confident in the company. Unfortunately that did not last. The workers they sent were disrespectful to me as the homeowner, left trash everywhere on my property, yelled insults to each other so loud that I could hear exactly what was being said through both the floor and walls, caused multiple thousands of dollars of damage, and on top of that, did not complete the work as bid, and what they did do was of terrible quality. Then, after sending someone to inspect it and AGREEING IT WAS BAD WORK, it's been radio silence. I have emailed and called several times with no contact back for weeks.
