Wow! What an amazing team they have! Everyone I interacted with via email, text, or phone was professional, courteous, and concise.

In particular, Kamryn was outstanding! He oversaw the entire process of helping us solve a complicated repair of a party sewer line (shared with neighbor) that ran about 100' out to the public sewer main below our home on vacant land owned by the city.

Kamryn did a great job of explaining our options and being the go between with our neighbor's since we live in another state. He went above and beyond to explain all of the price breakdown and the process.

We opted to go with their recommended CIPP process which allows them to repair the existing pipes by inserting a liner/sleeve into the pipes to seal any joint separations or cracks in the pipes and making them better than new!

I can't recommend them highly enough for any sewer work you need done!

It’s never convenient to discover you have a main water leak leading to your home, but even more so during a pandemic just days before Christmas. Sutherland Plumbing was incredibly accommodating diagnosing the problem, recommending solutions, coordinating the myriad of prework and players involved, and then completing the work quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism and friendliness was spot-on from Courtney who coordinates scheduling, to Ty who fielded my long list of questions and texts, to the crew who completed the work (Ty, Cameron, and Nathan), and even to the post-work review and paperwork. But it’s not only the quality of their work, work ethic, and how they interacted with me that makes them stand out. It’s the way they treat each other … they have such a rhythm working alongside each other, no hesitation to get in and get the job done, a sense of camaraderie and mutual respect for each other that just put me at ease during a stressful situation. While I hope I won’t have any more plumbing emergencies, I know that I’ll call on them again for any job ... big or small.

The company I work for usually relies on River City to take care of our office lots. After a storm one weekend, we came back to a mess and a flooded lot. They were fast about getting out to us and had everything flowing like normal in no time. They even followed up after the storm that followed.

After a harsh winter serge, our kitchen sink, dishwasher and adjoining building's toilet and sink stopped working all at once. I called on a Monday morning and was told they were busy but they'd do what they could to fit us in, but it would be at most a week away. It turned out it took only two days. Terry and his son came out and fixed it. When we experienced additional problems overnight, he came first thing the next day and fixed it, no charge!

I can't sing their praises enough to let all know how good they are!

Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

Pipeline was able to send a plumber to my location next day. Prices were quoted based on job, not based on an hourly rate, and quoted prices were reasonable. Grant arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and completed job quickly and skillfully. Thanks Grant and Pipeline.

I have used Bruner both for my home and for our HOA private street. We have experienced great service, fast, and economical compared to other bids. Out last job was a complicated water leak in the street and Bruner's coordination with the city was exemplary. I like doing business with this family. We had a downspout that had been clogged for a while. I had cleaned the gutters but that downspout still wasn’t draining. There is a blue spruce growing next to it so I assumed the roots were clogging the foundation drain and we would have to pay them to cut out those roots and repair the line. Eric came out, he was very personable, polite, knowledgeable and explained all of our options in detail. He checked the downspout and the entire drain system with me only to discover the downspout was clogged below where I could clean it. There was no charge for his time and effort. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with getting an estimate from any of the services we’ve needed for our home. I will definitely call on him the next time I have a plumbing issue. I would have to say Roto Rooter is definitely one of the best!

Very easy guy to work with. Had a toilet in the guest bathroom that was rocking and probably installed wrong by previous homeowner. Vitaliy took care of it quickly and efficiently for a cost that didn't break the bank. Will be using his services in the future and recommending to friends and family.
