David was absolutely amazing! We have been dealing with a very large sewer issue for quite some time. This is the first home we have owned and weren’t really sure where to start with the project. David was extremely reliable, honest and affordable. You can tell he really cares about his customers. I don’t think we will ever use another company. Highly recommend!

I had a water heater go out unexpectedly and called Sutherland at the suggestion of a colleague. Ti called me back within a few hours (even though I was told I'd have to wait till the next day) and was at the house the next morning. He and his partner worked all day to get my old heater removed, the abysmal plumbing done by the previous contractor taken out and replaced, and everything reinstalled and up to code and looking good. When I went down there the next day in the daylight to lock up I found they even cleaned all the leaves and debris off my lower deck on their own initiative. I know who to call for my next plumbing job.

I had renters who couldn't use water or toilets for several days due to clogged pipes & because I had to dismiss the first plumbers I called. Proline located the problem in the main which involved digging up the front yard, a real challenge due to difficult access. After digging down 10 ft, the scope had led them to the wrong pipe. They had thought they were just about done but the problem-solving was just beginning.
As it was getting late I was worried about being abandoned. It was a real mystery as to where the water was going. My deep gratitude to Eddie, Alex, Vlad & Tony for their determination, persistence, & ability to work together to solve a very unusual & challenging problem. I hope they all get a raise.
When they finally located the problem, it was a mess! They fixed everything, backfilled the yard, worked in the dark & were finally done at 9pm...after arriving at 7:30 am. Although I thought the estimate I agreed to was a bit high at first, I really appreciate that they didn't double the price when things got messy. Thank you to that team!

Mario and Smitty's Sewer Service were fantastic! Very responsive, exactly on time, with a can do attitude. We had a tricky problem with the outflow pipe of our septic that Mario came up with a good plan for, and clearly explained every step of the repair. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the high labor costs today. We Highly recommend Smitty's for any septic or sewer issues you need resolved. Would've given 6 stars!

Roto-Rooter answered my call right away and were willing to come within hours of my call when other local plumbers were scheduled out for more than a week. Abe, our technician was prompt and professional. He listened to the issue and gave a quote and guarantee and got to work. The backed up sink I had tried to snake with no progress for more than a day was cleared out to the sewer line. Great experience and work the cost. Will definitely call again.

Vitaliy came out to complete a repair at my property. I had a toilet that leaked all over the place, he was quick to take care of the issue at hand, and ended up replacing the toilet. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his work, and completed the repair quickly. He cleaned the workspace up well and did not leave any trash or anything for me to take care of. We had Mike and Clark County Plumbing out to replace all of our water and drain lines in our 1920’s house. Work was completed at the estimated price, on time, with a few pleasant thoughtful additions and cleaned up beyond expectations. The work crew was absolutely pleasant, professional and willing to answer questions. The professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness absolutely elevated CCP above the competition and built a trust that is uncommon today.

Johnny was extremely professional and friendly. Obviously very experienced. The charge was very reasonable. I would recommend All Pro without hesitation and will certainly use them next time I need a plumber.

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

Mr. Nichols came out to give a quote on a clogging issue with some extra complications. He conferred with a colleague and decided that he could refer me to a company that could do the job cheaper than he could, as he would likely have to break into my drywall, whereas the other company had equipmentthat could do the job. This kind of honesty and integrity is such a highly valued asset to me, and I will be sure to use Mr. Nichols for future plumbing needs.
