Abe came out to what I had hoped was to unclog my kitchen drain. Unfortunately it was more involved than that, he found mud and crud in my drain pipe that should not be there indicating I have a bigger problem than just a clog. He was unable to fix it. He did not charge me anything for his time and trouble. Abe was very polite, he knew he was giving me bad news, but he went about it very professionally. If I ever do need help with a normal clog or repair, I will be asking for Abe. You should too, I highly recommend him, he was terrific!

I have an old house and have needed the services of a plumber several times throughout the 20 years I've owned this home. After a terrible experience with Mr. Rooter, someone gave me Paul's name. I have always had the best of service with reasonable prices and respectful staff. The best I can say about Paul's Plumbing is that I can always trust what they say. Never have felt cheated or that they performed a service I didn't need. Highly recommend them.

Cameron Cooper was very thorough. He explained what what going with easy to understand details. He made sure to double check that everything was working right, and cleaned up before he left. I knew there was a leak somewhere in my house because the water usage was higher than expected, so calling American Leak Detection of Portland would mean the beginning of a process I would prefer to never have to go through. Fortunately it started painlessly- Tony was professional, informative, and friendly (while doing a great job social distancing). I like to understand the process of what's going on with home repairs and Tony clearly answered all my questions. He finished in a timely manner then informed me of what I should do next and what I could expect. Tony's proficiency will support the longevity of my home and was deserving of the money spent.

We have an older house and our upstairs was not ducted. They replaced an old furnace, added AC, replaced or repaired old ducting in the basement and on the main floor. For our upstairs they recommended a ducted mini-split.
Overall they were professional, creative, neat and polite. Our system works perfectly. We had one request after the work was done and they came back and addressed it right away. I'd definitely recommend, this company, especially if you have a home that needs a unique HVAC solution.

Unprofessional! I asked for a quote on a repipe for a 1 bathroom house. Mick walked in my house took a look for 2 minutes and wrote some numbers on his hand with a pen and said $35,000. No itemized estimate. He barely gave me the time of the day. I’ve had multiple bids and all were professional, took the time to talk about my options and provided me with emailed quotes for the work so I could explore my financing options. I don’t understand why he would show up if he could have just decided my job was too small or not worth his time with a couple of questions via email or phone call.

They came out to my loft in Gregory to fix my air conditioning and failed to do so despite paying well over $400. They required me to pay for another service call to see what they missed so I had to hire another company to look at the problem.
