Best Water Treatment in Portland OR

UPDATE: while our initial service team was good, I felt I needed to update this review because this work is dragging on and at this point I would likely not use this company again. The initial work didn’t pass City inspection, they planned to come back out to fix the work but had to reschedule the day they were scheduled to come out. After the second city inspection, it took them a week to get in contact about filling in the holes that were dug in our yard, and after scheduling a day for that work they called at the end of the day to say they wouldn’t make it and needed to reschedule. At this point only half of the holes in our yard are filled in, and our grass is dead from having piles on dirt sit on it for a month.Original review:Jason, Darryl, and team replaced all the plumbing supply lines in our house, as well as putting in a new water heater and new bathtub fixtures. They were friendly, professional, and efficient and did a lot of work in a short amount of time. Would definitely use them again.

Previous experiences with this company were very positive. This time I encountered poor customer service including not returning my calls regarding my emergency plumbing problem. Considering this businessadvertises 24/7 service & I didn't even get a call from them when I attempted to contact them was less-than-stellar follow through.I felt as if overall the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. Perhaps, this was simply my perception; regardless not very reassuring for a business, especially plumbing.I can't say for sure, but I felt like I was overcharged for the work that was done, which would have been OK had it fixed my plumbing issue. The phone bid came in very high, which might have been justified had it been proven I actually needed the work covered.Finally, In my experience when a customer asks for a bid on a project, they expect to see it in written form, not phoned in.4/28/2022 UPDATE: My criticism and poor rating were based on dealing with the company, not the quality of work of the technicians. They were prompt, polite, helpful, informative and for them alone I would choose 5 stars !

Good honest people, good clean work and a fair price

I called to have my bathtub uncloged and I was going in to my sisters room to get 50 dollars for a 2 minute job.I was not fast enough for them to give them the money they left so I called and ask if I could pay with my debit card and the crew and answering service told me they would have someone call me and the crew thought they wasted their time to come out and unclog my bathtub drain for a 2 minute job and they wanted to charge me $50.00 the one guy I think his name was Ben was a smart ass to began with as soon as I answered my door I will not use pauls plumbing again.

Robert was on time, professional, and quickly located the leak under my kitchen sink. He wore shoe covers and was careful not to leave a mess after the work was completed. I am very happy I called APOLLO PLUMBING. I now have a perfectly functioning sink. He also inspected my 2 bathroom sinks to make sure there were no leaks. There was no charge for the inspections.

When the person coming out needs to tell you they are qualified, that was the first hint of a problem. For a simple thing of finding a leak, they charge $425 for less than 30 minutes of time.

Mitchell was polite, cheerful, on time and did a great job. He had to go up and down the stairs several times to find the right breaker and couldn't have been more patient. Highly recommend!

Mick was super responsive to our questions. He got back to us quickly, got an inspection and the work set-up as quickly as possible, his quote was completely reasonable and the work was done as such. They were even early. Would highly recommend.
