Great service.The story: Water company was doing an inspection and was trying to tighten up a leak off the meter, and the coupling broke. As the fitting was on “our side”, we were responsible...how nice.Called my landlord, who called 3mountains, as he himself had had a leak under his driveway a few weeks before, which 3 mountains had repaired nicely.They came out that same morning and assessed the problem, and rerouted the water from the meter with a temp above-ground hose so we could have water while the work progressed. Turns out that the old cast iron pipe had to be replaced from the meter to the house, and the whole piping had to be rerouted, with ditch witch, concrete busting, digging, looking for the house water hookup that was not in any of the obvious places, etc. etc.All of the people involved were very courteous and professional. The Whole deal took a couple of weeks to complete.The only thing I might improve on their part is communication regarding messaging and timing. Seems like they have different ladies doing different schedules, and a time or two we weren’t here when we were supposed to be, or they weren’t. No biggie. 5 stars anyway.

Quick to come out and nice.

If you want to re-pipe your house, these are the people to use. I used them for ours and they were finished by 3:30PM in one day. They are fast, affordable and are efficient in getting you through the permitting and drywall patching (if so required). Greg, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and is fantastic at helping the customer through any scenario they may be trying to resolve. I highly recommend this crew.

Mike, the owner, is a straight shooter. He has high standards and does excellent work. I've hired him on three different occasions over a five-year period. The last time, I had his team re-pipe my house with PEX pipe. It was a big job, but they did what they said they would do with minimal disruption.

They dId not show.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

Crown Plumbing is the real deal!! This was my first experience hiring a plumber and I am happy they allowed it to go as smooth as it did. Tiara was helping me get on the schedule and set it up much sooner than I would have expected. I called other local companies and decided to choose crown because of their attitudes and commitment to quality.

This is the second time I've worked with Meticulous Plumbing in 11 years. Years ago, Leo assessed an awkward plumbing issue for me and came up with the most reasonable option (both price and timing) that didn't include a jackhammer in 1/3 of my house. This month's inquiry was a more benign water spigot replacement/repair. They had all of my info in the system, which made scheduling very easy. Scheduling was just 2 weeks from my call, partly due to my own schedule, which given the current trades scheduling seemed like lightening speed! I also know that if a time opened up sooner, they would be in touch.

Today, appointment day, they called to confirm if arriving early would be okay. Their technology of sending a bio of the technician (so I know who I'm lettting in) and. the truck tracking helped me coordinate with work.

Josh arrived right on time and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He looked at all my plumbing questions and talked candidly about costs and expectations. Josh was UP FRONT about any possible issues or overages so I could make an informed decision. He was able to set my expectations for this project and entertained my other questions which, as an over-planner, I can now plan accordingly in the coming years for some of the major ticket items.

We stuck with the original project for today AND he was able to do the work all in the same day (PS, it was nearly 100 today and he willingly went into my crawlspace -- champ!). Josh didn't need much from me so I was able to continue my work. When the work was done, he gave me a general report of the status of my crawlspace (no concerns, yay!). When everything was said and done, I received a prompt email summary WITH photos and the invoice.

There are times you shop around, and there are times you rely on a trusted relationship. I've recommended Meticulous Plumbing several times over the years and will continue to do so.

Very friendly and courteous. Discovered the problem right away, repaired and cleaned up. Would highly recommend their service again.

Excellent communication booking the appointment, excellent communication confirming arrival time, friendly and professional service tech, provided a range of options after diagnosing the problem, no pressure to buy or pay for services not needed, and some helpful tips on how to temporarily fix our problem while deciding how to permanently fix the problem. On top of all this, their fee was reasonable. A very positive experience.

They seem nice, and they came over very quickly. They were prompt about returning calls and texts as well, and while I got cheaper rate quotes, their rate was largely in line with the area at $180 for a call-out.

However, despite me mentioning repeatedly to Nathan that my shower was American Standard both on the phone and in my text message, Nathan took one look and was like: Yeah, I don't know. I don't do American Standard. I opened part of it for him and showed him where it was leaking, and he was like: Yeah, you need a new part. I explained that I had already replaced these parts at the advice of another plumber and it still leaked, so could he take a look if something was wrong with the installation perhaps. He just said No, I don't know anything about American Standard, so I don't want to touch it.

He gave me a helpful recommendation of calling George Morlan, and they connected me to a company that will be here in two days, but that means another two days without a shower and we have to delay leaving on our anniversary trip on Thursday morning to let the new plumbers in. This could have been avoided if AACT Plumbing had told me they don't do American Standard when I told them over the phone AND in a text: I need an American Standard diverter fixed.

JAM just put in a new water heater for us. They were super affordable, so nice, so prompt, and just a phenomenal experience! Would totally recommend to anyone and will use this business again! Thanks, JAM!

Before you take time out of your day to call these people know that:
They are sales brokers for other plumbers
They don't work on individual condo units for some reason they could not explain , but after reading many reviews , glad they don't.

Very happy with service. My service was performed by Jordan. Very knowledgeable & friendly. Main drain was the problem. Also unclogged a slow drain for washing machine in garage. First time I used your company. Seem to be very trustworthy & honest. I will use again.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
