Clogged washer drain on an old mid century ranch. 1 regular plumber, and a drain specialist company couldn't clear the drain. I do believe they were both decent outfits, but they didn't know where the drain went, and the drain specialist recommended a very expensive and intrusive re-routing solution. David came out with a camera and locator to do a 2nd opinion estimate - no charge, very nice! Quoted a much less intrusive solution at least half the price of the previous quote, because he had the skill/tools & desire to figure out the drain system. Still, I asked him if he thought they could cut the galvy drain line in the laundry room to get a better/straight shot with a snake and a cutter head. He thought it was worth a try before doing the major job. Bingo, they did it and cleared the drain, working very well again. It may need the drain line work down the line someday on this old house, we'll see how it goes, but I will definitely be calling them for the major repair if and when. Love the idea of the pipe liner/renewal option for sewer lines. It is always refreshing to find a business like this. Old Portland style quality/value. Call them for sewer or drain clog quotes, you will quickly pick up on the difference.

Jeff, his crew, and the office staff did a GREAT job from start to finish with our Navien hot water heater & putting in a new line for our circulating pump-- they solved and corrected a problematic attempt made by a prior handyman which had left us with a mess of tangled pipes and tubes but inconsistent hot water. They were easy to communicate with, made an accurate & thorough assessment of the issue, gave us several reasonable options, answered all our questions, and then coordinated with the demo company needed for the in-wall access. The job was done quickly, tidily, and effectively! Crew was friendly and did an organized & professional job (and cleaned up their work space perfectly). Everything was completed 100% as we hoped, in an efficient time frame, and for a very reasonable cost (exactly in line with their original estimate). We are happy to finally have normal hot water access in our kitchen and bath again! Would hire them again anytime & they will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

The service from Bruner was great. Not only did they return my call in the same day, they were able to schedule someone to be onsite quite quickly. Justin was efficient & thorough. While I hope I won't need to, Bruner Plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing services again.

Pex to the rescue! I'd been quoted a truly huge number by another local plumbing service and I was so worried about how I was going to pay for the repipe and my mortgage. Greg came over right away, he was even a little early. He was really thorough and my dogs both liked him.

He told me how the repipe would go, when his team would arrive, what I should keep an eye on and even which plants would probably die as a result of the new water system install (it's fine, I didn't like that one anyway). He showed me pictures of the new hardware they would install and talked me through everything that would happen after they were done from the inspection to the drywall fix, which was included in the price of the repipe (the other company I'd gotten a quote from did not include repipe or guarantee against any damage to the house).

I appreciated that he gave me a discount for paying with check, and that he didn't pressure me to make a choice right away. Even though my problem was slightly urgent, he trusted me to know when I was going to be making my housing decisions. Also, his price-point was almost too good to be true after what the other company quoted me. I looked up average prices for a repipe in Portland and it was the other company who was way off base price-wise. They most have thought I didn't have another option.

The day of, Enrique, Gaven and Jason arrived when we expected them to, they did what they said they would do and even wiped down and re-arranged the cleaning products under the sink when they were done. My kitchen sink has always been backwards but they fixed it while they were piping, they also did a new toilet install the same day because I'd mentioned that I always hated my toilet and it turns out it was really affordable to add it on.

While they were working they used drop cloths to protect our floors and other furniture and they left things clean and tidy. The repipe itself took one day and the only spots where you could even tell someone did major work is where the drywall had to be cut. Also, they were patient with our dogs who were barking a lot at all the noise.

I'm so relieved to have this done and taken care of, Deanne in the office was quick to respond to my questions and pleasant to talk to every time.

Jason was great and took care of whatever was causing the problem. I will call them again if I ever have any issues with my drains.

Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.

He was awesome. Called because my upstairs bathroom shower drain pipe broke. None of the other companies I called could come out for at least a week. He fit us in his schedule the next day. Showed up when he said he would and replaced the broken part. Will definitely use this company again.

Wow it was such a cool time I got to spend with John he fixed some plumbing issues for me and saved me alot of money.
