Every one who came out to the house was very professional and did a good job. My wife works from home so she had the most contact with them and she says they were very respectful and never talked down to her or were condescending like the last plumber we hired. We live in a 1940s home in uptown Vancouver that was having sewer problems. We had multiple sewer backups into our basement that was really getting frustrating. We had several plumbers come out and tell us our old pipes were collapsing and being infiltrated with tree roots. Their solution was to dig up our whole backyard and replace the pipes - that were about 9 feet down in some places. The cost of this? Over $15,000 and we would be left with a ruined backyard and the cost to replace all the established trees and landscaping. We started to search for another solution. In our search we came across David at Sewer Renewal. He came out and discovered some things that we didn't know and worked with our neighbors (whom we shared a line behind our house) to do a multi-house job. David and his team were professional and problem solvers. When the first way didn't work they found a second way to fix the problem. They worked with the city of Vancouver to determine which lines to fix and which the city was responsible for while giving us top quality value. Sewer lines are not exciting but what is exciting is knowing we won't be getting back ups into our basement and that our home is resellable in the future. Pro-Line did an excellent job. They had to work with my Home Warranty Company (which was more than challenging), but they never complained and took care of what I needed fixed. Definitely would recommend them.

We had an issue with our gutter drain field. Even though gutters had been cleaned, they were not draining. Smitty's workers came over and dug up the area. Found the pipe connected, a new drain pipe and a pop-up. This looks like it will take care of the problem. They did good work and were reasonably priced. They put things back as they found them. Floor drain in mud room was blacking up to the point I couldn’t take it anymore. Called in the morning and had a tech out in the early afternoon. Don’t be shocked by the initial price. They have everything they need to take care of the problem. It’s money we’ll spent and there’s a 6 mos warranty on work. Yes it’s tough to bite the bullet but the result is well worth it.

Pex to the rescue! I'd been quoted a truly huge number by another local plumbing service and I was so worried about how I was going to pay for the repipe and my mortgage. Greg came over right away, he was even a little early. He was really thorough and my dogs both liked him.

He told me how the repipe would go, when his team would arrive, what I should keep an eye on and even which plants would probably die as a result of the new water system install (it's fine, I didn't like that one anyway). He showed me pictures of the new hardware they would install and talked me through everything that would happen after they were done from the inspection to the drywall fix, which was included in the price of the repipe (the other company I'd gotten a quote from did not include repipe or guarantee against any damage to the house).

I appreciated that he gave me a discount for paying with check, and that he didn't pressure me to make a choice right away. Even though my problem was slightly urgent, he trusted me to know when I was going to be making my housing decisions. Also, his price-point was almost too good to be true after what the other company quoted me. I looked up average prices for a repipe in Portland and it was the other company who was way off base price-wise. They most have thought I didn't have another option.

The day of, Enrique, Gaven and Jason arrived when we expected them to, they did what they said they would do and even wiped down and re-arranged the cleaning products under the sink when they were done. My kitchen sink has always been backwards but they fixed it while they were piping, they also did a new toilet install the same day because I'd mentioned that I always hated my toilet and it turns out it was really affordable to add it on.

While they were working they used drop cloths to protect our floors and other furniture and they left things clean and tidy. The repipe itself took one day and the only spots where you could even tell someone did major work is where the drywall had to be cut. Also, they were patient with our dogs who were barking a lot at all the noise.

I'm so relieved to have this done and taken care of, Deanne in the office was quick to respond to my questions and pleasant to talk to every time.
