Always fast, courteous service!

This was our first and last time contracting with 3 Mountains.Terrible communication from the dispatch team. Our appt was rescheduled multiple times, and there was absolutely no proactive communication regarding delays.We experienced an issue after our repair - our hot water was not working. The team on the phone did not handle the issue with priority or urgency. We were told to try to fix the problem on our own, and that someone could come out “when available”.I had to call and push to get someone scheduled - not great.

The job went fine, they showed up when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do, for the price quoted. If it was not for the fact that the sewer worked when they left you never would have known they had been here.

The transaction was so unremarkable that when they sent me a request for this review almost a year and a half after we did business I had to check my records to see what they even did. That is how little I have thought about the transaction, or the work since. When you have worked with a few bad contractors over the years so unremarkable I hardly remember them is a ringing endorsement.

Highly recommend Erik and Portland Star Plumbing. So easy to work with and looking forward to using them on an upcoming larger project. Also happy to finally have a great plumber to recommend to others.

On time, did a quick and efficient job.

Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

Grant with Pipeline Plumbing replaced some leaky pipes for us at our new home.

Going into it I knew plumbers were spendy. With that being said Grant gave me several on site quotes, and fixed the pipes same day. Grant replaced about 5 feet of piping and joints. Grant was very professional, honest and up front, willing to help fit the fixes I needed into my budget. Grant then gave me some pointers on how to fix my remaining issues so I could do them myself. I so appreciate his customer service and willingness to assist in anyway possible. I will absolutely use them and recommend them in the future. Thanks Grant!

Recently, I had a big problem with my bedroom toilet from roots. I called Burfitt Plumbing and was very fortunate how fast the technician took care of the problem. The guy ROCKED!

Starting this review off right! Call Pex directly for your Repipe job! Don't go through repipe specialists. They are a third party that creates the bids, then farms them out to other companies to bid on. Don't waste your time with that and go direct with Pex!

Greg, Jason, Enrique, and Garen all took care of the job. They even held off on some work until I was ready for them to come back and finish up. Their expertise showed that I could hire them direct for a drain realignment job that they did with no issues.

Needed emergency services for a backed up water main that caused alot of disgusting flooding. I called at be 8:40pm in July 4th. Dispatcher was great, but no return call. I called them back and was on hold 1/2 he so I waited. They never called back, let alone showed up! Then they call back at 8:00am asking if I had to gotten it taken care of! No! I'll never call Mr. Rooter again!
