“They came to help on a Sunday. Kevin was thorough and used a camera, and water jets to clear the clog. He was very clean and professional. He explained all that he did and inspected all the pipes to give us an idea of what we need to fix later in our new home. Mr. Rooter had to come in after the previous plumber snaked the drain to release the clog and it clogged again within two days. That previous plumber wouldn't come back out because it was a weekend.. I recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who wants a clear understanding of what's going on.”

We are new homeowners who unfortunately inherited a surprise mess of plumbing issues that weren’t discovered during inspection. Our real estate agent strongly recommended we use Jam Plumbing and after employing their services I can clearly see why. They quickly came by to diagnose the issues and were able to begin work within a few days. We were even able to get a replacement water heater the next day when ours suddenly died the night before they were scheduled to come to fix another issues. Everyone was very professional, friendly and most importantly they fixed all the issues we had with our plumbing in the basement very quickly. I hope to not have any plumbing issues for a long while but if I do, I absolutely know to call Jam Plumbing for help. They do great work, everyone is friendly and their prices are fair.

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
