Always fast, courteous service!

Three Mountains was the third plumbing company we contacted about repairing our sewer line. Thank goodness we decided to pay the measly $30 to have them come take a look. The first company came to clear the line and charged $130 but the line was clogging up the very next day. He was complaining about our stairs and how heavy his equipment was. The second, different, company we called charged $360 to Clear and camera the line and give us a bid. We decided to get another bid just to make sure. Then David from 3 Mountains came out. He was empathetic and very nice about checking out the line and flushing it clear. He actually ended up clearing the clog with his camera! He let us see the footage and made sure we were happy every step of the way. The quote he gave me was $3,000 less and they did not trench our whole yard, only our sidewalk and a hole to reach the line in the basement. Edgar, Kayne and Justin came out to do the work day 1. They were friendly, professional and took the time to explain things. Also, they took good care of the place and didn't leave a mess at the end of the day. Day 2 was Edgar and Bo. They did a great job and were finished by 2pm. Overall, the employees are happy and have good comrade, which makes me think they are treated right, which I love. It sucks when someone comes in to do a service and they are depressed and hate their job. Thank you all and the office staff as well. Oh! and Kenny too!

Our water heater went out and started leaking in attic. We contacted our Us warranty company. The plumber was able to work with us on his schedule the same day. He explained the problems. He informed the options that might be good. Great 👍👍

With sewer fumes we feared the worst. I called and spoke with Vitaly and scheduled next day apt. He was on time and went above and beyond. Fixed the toilet and expressed his findings. I am so happy with his service.

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

Courteous and professional, same-day service. Steve seemed very knowledgeable and made great recommendations to help prevent the re-occurrence of the issue we were having (clogged drain).

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

I was referred to Nichols Plumbing to replace a water valve for my refrigerator to be installed. Bob was able to come out the next day and checked it. He also discovered the valve was working and didn't need to be replaced after all, so he only charged me for coming out. He is honest and friendly. I highly recommend hiring Nichols Plumbing!

Bought a water heater from them in 2017 and they installed a propane water heater which my natural gas does nit convert to. I called them and the lady was rude and extremely unprofessional, she told me that since they are closing their doors this week and going out do business it doesn't matter. Talked to a very reputable plumbing company Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical and they said that is absolutely wrong and why my unit is leaking. Do not work with this company and if you need a plumbing company go to them because unlike Western Plumbing they know what they are doing, they are professional and they actually care about people and the work they do. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB as well as the Attorney General. The least they could do is prorate the cost so we can put it towards a new one since they screwed up.

This was the company who was used by the warranty company to tackle a sump pump issue at my house and they went above and beyond.

Not sure how they are getting so many bad reviews based off my experience.
