Best Water Damage Repairs in Portland OR

I wanted to check the condition of the cast iron drainage pipes under the concrete basement of my 60 year old house. David was able to visually inspect all the lines under the house and most of the way to the septic tank via the vents on the (low pitch) roof. He found that everything was in good shape with the exception of a couple of lines that needed cleaning.
David, and his assistant, did an excellent job for a very nice price.

I would recommend Greg any day, he is honest and treats customers right. He solved a tricky re-pipe plumbing job that other plumbers couldn't figure out. We are very happy with his work.

I had an urgent need to scope the inside waste line in my building. Called Steve at AAA. He sent Austin out in 1 hour. Austin was personable yet professional. He was quick, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. He's an interesting person and I learned a lot, too. I also had him look at a portion of the exterior line that I was told (by a different scope company) was damaged and needed repair (which they would of course do for thousands of dollars). That turned out to be false -- it looked great. Thank you Steve and Austin - you are a rare example of awesome service, quality work and ethical practices.

Be sure to ask for Yuri. Yuri changed my water heater and water stops at each of my toilets. He spent installed a brand new American Made Commercial water heater for me. After it was done and he was installing the gas line to the water heater he noticed a slight crack in the fitting where the gas connected to the water pump, before I even knew it he had ripped the brand new water heater out and told me it just was not worth taking a chance and came back an hour later with another water heater and installed it. He also took the time to tell me and quickly show me how to install my toilets on my own. I did not pay him for that but he helped anyways. Anyways, if you had seen how clean his workmanship was and how professional the guy was you would understand why I recommend this company. Thanks P1 and Yuri.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

Sarkinen Plumbing was there when we needed them with quick service. The technician was competent and did a great job! I was a little annoyed that we have to patch our own dry wall since they had to cut out a panel for access to the plumbing but I understand that they are plumbers not drywallers and they do good plumbing! They also did provide us with a plastic fitted panel that temporarily filled the hole in the wall. Overall a good experience!

This is the 2nd time I've hired Meticulous Plumbing and both times I was very happy with the result. I think these guys are terrific, and they do a great job for a reasonable amount of money.

Jeremy is the best! We had a remodel on our only bathroom. He was efficient, conscientious and great to work with through the entire process. He read my mind and rigged up a temporary shower for us. He’s a great guy and we’ll definitely be calling him for our future needs.

I very rarely write reviews, but the total incompetence of fastwaterheater in Portland prompted me to leave this review. For over one week they cancelled my first appointment, then were a no-show, then had the wrong notes associated with an install they never came out for. Even after they cancelled the appointment, I did not get priority scheduling, I had to wait for the next available appointment - I finally told them I was going to have to call someone else and they did not seem that surprised. Would not recommend, there is nothing fast about this company.
