Best Water in Portland OR

After our water heater unexpectedly failed, we started looking around for someone to come install a new one ASAP. Joe was super responsive via text, gave us several options to choose from, explained the pros and cons of each (including extra info like whether it was made in America, how good the customer service was, ease of finding replacement parts, etc.) and was happy to answer all questions about it. He set our minds at ease about spending a large chunk of money on a new appliance and got us exactly what we needed installed much more quickly than the other companies we contacted would have. If I ever need another water heater installed, I will definitely use his services again!

they were very prompt to respond and schedule a time. They had an opportunity to show up even earlier than I expected. They listened well ran through a check of the system pretty comprehensively. My unit needed to be replaced they had the pieces available and whatever else they needed another member of the team showed up quickly with a whole replacement unit and they put it in right away. Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

I've hired these guys twice now, and they're just great. Not only are they professional and fix the problem, but from the first call in to the office, to job done, they've acted like I was the most important job they had going. They're good, they're very pleasant, they clean up after themselves really well and even have company booties they wear in your house, and they'll fix quick, miscellaneous, plumbing issues elsewhere, leaving your home in perfect plumbing order. Hire them.

Knowledgeable and friendly.
The person who answers your call is friendly too.
But fees are too high in my opinion. And they charge just to come check something out. Even if they were the ones who did the service a couple weeks before. You get a year workmanship warranty from them. But if you have any questions or concerns. They'll charge you to come take a look. And you will only not be charged IF they found a problem that they can't say isn't from them.
I don't agree with how they deal with their business. Of course it's nice for them as a company but you feel cheated out of your money as a customer.
Also unfortunately you have to be available in a 4 hour window. You can't schedule a time any closer, but you can call like an hour before your scheduled 4 hour window and see when they will arrive approximately.

Id only recommend them if you have an emergency and there isn't any other services available. I believe they are available 24 hrs a day for emergencies. Their prices are only worth it if it is an emergency imo.

Straight to the point work described perfectly no extra cost

Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. The best peoples from this company. Mario and his crews are the best kind of people you need for all your sewer systems services. They even unclogged my pine needle filled gutter after they finished fixing my sewer system because they notice a waterfall above my garage. They were so kind.

I will never use this business again! VERY UNHAPPY with their work and lack of professionalism. Western Plumbing was contracted through our general contractor during a complete remodel. We have had continuous issues and with the work done due to their inability to recommend repair and replacement of pre existing problems. In short, they installed new fixtures on faulty plumbing and knew it!
