Replaced hot water heater faster than the big stores, and were so pleasant to work with. Now I have a plumber!

Jared, the plumber they sent, was professional and informative. Was in and out in less than an hour. Nice guy. $429 to snake my kitchen sink drain was not so nice on the wallet.

Vitaliy was very professional and punctual with good communication about appointment times. He did the work fast and with incredible quality and he left the work area super clean. I will definately call Diligent Plumbing for my next plumbing projects.

We were paired with Pex through Repipe Soecialists. The first day two guys came and did the job in one day. Somewhat friendly, somewhat professional. It wasn’t until a few hours after they left that we started noticing some things that weren’t fixed. The main thing they forgot to navigate was making sure our water was running in all areas of the house. After paying over $6,000 we had new pipes, but no running water to our clothes washer or bathroom sink.

After calling the company, they sent three people over a couple days later. Upon arrival, two of the boys had attitudes (like we had done something wrong) for requesting they finish their work. They also told us that the person who wrote the contract had made a mistake and that it would be an extra $1,900 to complete the work. We again called their company again to ask what they had to say, they then called the boys at our house; next thing we know the three boys were getting to work.

The didn’t say a word to us, just started moving furniture and cutting holes in drywall. Our utility sink wall is obliterated, floor to ceiling cut out of drywall. Can’t help but feel like a few spoiled brats didn’t like being told on so they took it out on my house. They were gone in 2 hours, even though they tried to charge us $1,900!?!

Will never use the services of Pex or Repipe Specialists again. What a headache!

Excellent service! Steve responded immediately and set up the appointment. Austin was here within the hour and had our bathroom sink cleared in 10 minutes. He was careful and very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. We would recommend th
em to anyone with drain issues.

Just recently moved to Portland from Seattle, and Best Portland Plumbers did all the plumbing work in the new home we built. They were very professional & finished everything according to schedule. I plan to call them should I need any emergency repairs in the new home!

Left this on Yelp, too, but just want to get the word out on a great plumber: Had a great experience with Steve Ackerman (the son)! Called with a leak issue (from the ceiling), and while they couldn't work me in for a couple of days initially, they called back shortly after the same day when they had a cancellation. Steve arrived when he said he would, was polite, personable, and thorough. He tried to minimize the damage he had to do to the drywall to find the cause of the leak, and he explained every step of the way. It required another trip out to the house to get everything resolved (to allow time for drying of wet wood), but he was efficient, thorough, and left my house even a bit cleaner than when he arrived. Nice guy, obviously very knowledgeable about what he does, and he gave great advice. I will DEFINITELY use him if I ever need a plumber again.

I just had Josh T. install a laundry sink in our garage and he did a great job. He was professional and efficient. I’d recommend Rowe plumbing and drain and Josh personally as a plumber. I will use Rowe Plumbing again if we ever have a need.

I can't say enough positive remarks about Scott at Emerald Plumbing. He was professional, responsive and he did an amazing job at a very fair price. I can't recommend him enough!

The plumber went to wrong address and 15 minutes late for the appointment but he said I should pay this travel time. Reinstall garage disposal of under the kitchen sink, took 2 and half hours. Very expensive.
