I had a clogged toilet. My plumber arrived, clean , kind, and helpful. He inspected the job and immediately gave me the price of service and asked if I wanted to continue. He told me exactly what he was going to do. We made a bit of small talk, he gave me tips on prevention and he was on his way in less than 30 minutes. Was the price reasonable? Probably. I didn't comparatively shop. I wanted the solution in a timely manner with 5 star service. I got what I wanted and paid for and I'm extremely happy!

I would recommend Greg any day, he is honest and treats customers right. He solved a tricky re-pipe plumbing job that other plumbers couldn't figure out. We are very happy with his work.

Outstanding would be another word! We chose them because their reviews were so good and now we know why. It was a relatively simple job with a very fair quote. The work date was very soon after their free home estimate. He was very thorough in his explanation, very skilled at fixing the problem and above all, METICULOUS! Absolutely we will use them next time we have a plumbing issue.

Tim was nice enough but REALLY? $185 to snake a drain? He arrived at 2:30 and was pretty much done by 3:15 but took 10-15 minutes to write up the invoice. Then said he charged me for 20 minutes of driving on top of the hourly rate of $120 an hour for a total of $150 labor. Plus $35 dollars for a pop-up. They cost about $10. I didn't ask him to replace it. I had a basket in there which I choose to use to catch debris. My drain was already disassembled when he arrived and he didn't need to trouble shoot the problem. I didn't have a leak in my p-trap before he did the work but when he reassembled it he tightened one of the rings too tight and now it
leaks. SO I have to go buy another one. I'm not so happy about this service today. I feel like because I'm a woman he took advantage of me.

Andrew was through and did great work on our water main. Friendly service and willing to go the extra mile.

After other plumbing outfits had to schedule us several days out, we reached out to Scott and he was over within a couple of hours. He unclogged our kitchen sink drain, repaired a drain valve that while functional had not been installed correctly, and gave us a proper fitting disposal stopper as ours was not the correct one for our unit. After fixing everything he tested the disposal and the dishwasher to make sure everything was functioning properly. All this while bearing the heat on the hottest day of the year. We're very appreciative of Scott's ability to be able to quickly help us in our time of need, would call him again should the need arise and heartily recommend his services to potential customers.

We were able to get same day service on an exterior frost free faucet issue, which was leaking onto an interior wall sill and draining into our crawl space. Mike was highly professional and built-out a better solution for us. Extremely pleased. Beaverton Plumbing (and Mike) will be our go-to experts for future plumbing issues.

The people there work very hard to provide top quality customer service, and high quality plumbing fixtures.

Mick has bailed me out of several leaking pipes, stubborn drain sinks and
troublesome toilet ballasts. He's fast, friendly and I rather enjoy the Irish accent to boot.

So...who conducts business when they receive a complaint from a customer only through text messages? A horrible business owner that's who! Harassing potential customers through mutiple text instead of calling to settle a dispute is highly unprofessional.
